This is a 3rd floor end unit (top floor) location in the Southpoint complex of Davidson Landing in Davidson, NC. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom allowing either to be used as the master bedroom. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office, but could easily be made into a 2nd bedroom. Updates include new floors, built-ins, wine cooler, and a tiled fireplace. The kitchen has been updated with shaker style cabinets, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
