2nd Floor/Main Living Area: Upstairs, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area invites lively conversations and cozy moments. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a DUO coffee maker for everyone’s favorite brew. The L-shaped sectional transforms into a king-size bed for extra comfort. A guest room with a queen trundle (sleeps 3) and an attached half bath completes this floor, perfect for any celebration—chalkboard included for personal touches!

3rd Floor: This floor features two luxurious queen bedrooms, each with its own full bath. You’ll also find a convenient laundry space here.

We love recommending Uber/Lyft for our guests to use. There are also electric scooters around the area for you to use powered by a phone app. These are perfect for getting around the whole city!

1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.

2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.

3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
