Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Es ist geräumig und frisch renoviert. Draußen gibt's eine Überdachung mit einen Tisch und Stühle wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann. 2 Autominuten entfernt gibt es einen leckeren Bio-Bäcker. Ein Bio-Weingut, auf dem man Wein probieren und frühstücken kann, ist in nur 7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In Sélestat gibt es zudem das „Alsace Canoës“ mit Strandbar-Atmosphäre, einem Bio-Restaurant und regionalen Getränken.
