Fire up the gas grill for perfect backyard barbecues. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials for easy meal prep and the living area is a cozy evening hangout spot featuring a fireplace and TV. This home, like many mountain homes, does not feature A/C. When it's time to explore, the home offers prime access to area attractions, including Sky Park At Santa's Village (theme park) and Green Valley Lake (fishing). Nearby activities include golf, skiing, water sports, downhill skiing, bike riding, zip lining, fly fishing, and ice skating.

This home features one King bed, three queen beds, and one double bed. One bedroom is specially appointed in Disney princess themes, making it perfect for the little ones in the group.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
