Situated 3 miles from downtown Arnold on a corner lot in a tranquil cul-de-sac, the Redwood Escape presents a sure bet for your getaway. The open-concept living area offers picture windows, vaulted ceilings, a TV, and a wood-burning stove (firewood provided). Create your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. The main bedroom on the ground floor provides a private bathroom and outdoor access.

Lounge with a beverage on one of two decks, one of which has a gas grill. Enjoy access to incredible amenities through the Blue Lake Springs HOA. Shared amenities include a pool, tennis courts, bocce ball shuffleboard, corn hole, ping-pong, foosball, horseshoes, pickleball, gym, beach volleyball, basketball, play yard, barbecue areas, snack bar/Snowflake Lodge restaurant, pool shop, lodge, and walking access to Fly-in-Acres Lake.

The cabin was spotless. Well stocked kitchen we didn't need to buy anything else. Quiet street. We encountered a family of deers. Enjoyed spending time on the deck. Ac worked great. Enough room to spread around for a family of 5. We want to visit again during winter.

We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking tools and gadgets. My only complaint would be that wood was not provided, (tho the post says it is). It wasn’t a big deal and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable cabin for a family

We enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. The furnishings are not new, but everything is clean and worked well. If you have very young children, you'd want a baby gate for the steep stairs in the living room. It was hot in Arnold, so the A/C was much appreciated.

Fun trip in the snow

Cozy and spacious cabin for a family of four. Fortunate to have 4-5 feet of snow. Definitely need AWD/4WD and snow tires if there’s substantial snowfall. Had wood stove and nice easy sloping hill in the back for sledding. Large supermarket 1mi away and close to Bear Valley rec area and Big Trees

The house is a bit dated, but it was relatively clean. The kitchen was stocked well enough to cook if you wanted. The beds were old, uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Something about the place made gave me an itchy/runny nose.

Property is convenient for Arnold town access. Only reason for a 4 Star is the downstairs master bedroom has an exterior door and when we arrived, it was unlocked. That made us a little uneasy. We alerted the property management company and hopefully that will not happen for the next renters.

Homey Cabin in a great area

We enjoyed our stay at Bryant Cabin. The neighborhood was lovely and we enjoyed some long family walks. We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and the kitchen had all of the necessary tools (though a bit old) for a great dinner. The house was clean which is the most important to me, but the bedding and blankets looked like they were from the 80's so could use a bit of updating on those and a few things throughout the house. For the price and location I would definitely recommend.

Our son owns a cabin a couple of miles from this one and we just needed more bedrooms to house 16.

It was very easy and straight forward. I suggest specific instructions on exact appliances and using keypad with more step by step instructions

Great long weekend getaway

House is conveniently located near Fly In Acres Reservoir, the Big Trees Market and downtown Arnold. Good cold a/c, big deck and well appointed kitchen and living room make for fun nights in playing board games and hanging out. Large bedroom downstairs is isolated and quiet making it easy to use house for mixed groups or separate kids for napping.
