Winter Park Getaway

Simplicity at its finest. I host like I live and like I like to be hosted- with chocolates and snacks and fluffy towels and fine linens. It’s simple but classy-

Within walking distance of Publix Grocery stores, great restaurants, Winter Park Memorial Hospital and The Mayflower.
Bikes are available, so ride the trails of the Cady way or bike down to famous Park Avenue for a movie in the park and boutique shopping and dining.

We are 2 miles from FullSail and Rollins College. Come check us out!
The space
Not only are you within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, shopping, grocery store, even a hospital, but you may also encounter some great bird watching amongst the mature trees. Hawks, Owls and cardinals have been something to enjoy on the enormous screened porch with your morning cup of joe. Open all the French doors to let in the breeze and still have the privacy you want. Best of both worlds- little hidden gem but still close to everything!
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire porch. Feel free to open all the French doors and allow the fresh air to flow in.
On cooler nights relax by the fire pit. S’mores upon request!
Other things to note
We go the extra mile to disinfect for covid- 19, we use a hypochlorous acid fogger between each guest and wash everything! I’ve officially shrunk a king size comforter down to a queen - I guess cotton does shrink when you boil it!

Cozy getaway

This space was so cute! I grew up in the area and decided to book the space for value and closeness to a wedding party I was attending. I initially had cousins staying with me but because the space was a bit smaller than they anticipated, I stayed by myself. The weekend did end up being chillier and the owner was so kind and asked if I needed the winter blankets 😊. Wish I could’ve used the porch too, but FL Spring showers prevented that.
