Ideally located in the picturesque village of Chaource, in Champagne, you’ll find all the shops and amenities you need right here (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and more). Peace and quiet are major highlights of this home, which is set back from the main road. Just 300 metres from the famous, historic Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church, this cosy holiday rental immerses you in an authentic and peaceful setting, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. “Couleurs Safran” features tasteful decor in soft, warm tones, blending modern comfort with touches of character. For your bicycles, the owners have provided an electric charging station in a secure courtyard. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area with a dining nook, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a TV and fireplace, and a half-bath with a sink. Upstairs, you’ll enjoy a master suite (160x200 bed) with its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), an office/remote work area, and a bedroom (140x190 bed + 90x190 bed) in the sleeping area with a relaxation corner, as well as a family bathroom (corner bathtub, double sinks, toilet). Outside, you’ll love the charming enclosed courtyard with patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, a relaxation area, and herb garden. Free parking is available just a few metres away. To make your stay more enjoyable, the beds will be made upon arrival, and linens are provided (tea towels, tablecloth, hand towels).
