Located 5 km from Nogent-sur-Seine, 15 km from Provins, 56 km from Troyes, and 60 km from Disneyland, come discover this small holiday rental that sleeps 2 people in a former farm barn (facade renovation pending). On nice days and upon request, the owner can take you out on her boat and sail you to Nogent-sur-Seine. On one level, you’ll find a kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a living room with a sofa and TV, and a bathroom (shower + toilet). Outside, you’ll enjoy the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and an inflatable hot tub (€10/night/person; available only from April through October). To make your stay more convenient, the bed is made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided; heating and electricity are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee (included for stays of 5 nights or more).
