Alpenstoke is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom newly built condo in Mackenzie Plaza that can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. This impressive condo boasts a deck with a 2 person hot tub with sweeping views of the Selkirk Mountains. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes for the perfect entertaining space. This property is well-situated within a 5 minute drive to both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke making it the perfect home base for your time in Revy.

Mackenzie Plaza is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 minutes from downtown Revelstoke.
There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. MacKenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information.
The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.
To access the property we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
This wonderful 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom unit, offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. This property comes with a designated underground parking spot to ensure you never have to look for street parking or scrape snow and ice off your vehicle.
Entry- This unit has a long hallway equipped with custom hooks, boot dryers, a coat closet, and plenty of space to store all your belongings. Kitchen- This brand new kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and has a drip coffee machine with local coffee supplied from Dose. Dining- Enjoy a meal at the full sized dining room table or have a quick bite to eat at the countertop seating Bedroom 1 - King bed that splits into twins (upon request) Ensuite Bathroom- A 5-piece ensuite bathroom making it the perfect space for a couple. Complete with environmentally friendly and non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and moisturizer from Oneka. Bedroom 2 - King bed Ensuite Bathroom- A 4-piece ensuite bathroom, also equipped with bath products from Oneka Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with a double bottom and a twin on top Bathroom- Another full size bathroom, including a bathtub and bath products from Oneka Deck- Wake up to fresh mountain air, with this deck just off the living area, featuring a 2-person hot tub
This is a pet friendly accommodation with the understanding that if any damage is incurred, it is the responsibility of the guest to pay for this - this applies to service animals as well. A $50 pet fee per pet applies with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. The unit is professionally cleaned between each stay.
This unit includes: - 1 designated parking space in the underground parking. - 1 heated storage locker on the first floor, perfect for skis, snowboards, boots and poles. - 2 bike stalls in the locked bike storage room.

Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights this summer. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Lots of open space in the dining/living area. Very quiet at night and only a few minutes from downtown Revelstoke or the mountain. We would stay here again.

Great Condo
Wonderful condo in a great quite area. I think it's a recent build, definitely feels and looks that way. Very nice and comfortable setup, we are a family of 5 and had a great time.
Cozy and comfortable space with everything you need to maximize your pow days. Expansive mountain views might be a stretch but who cares if you've just spent the day on the mountain.

Fantastic spot with a location that cannot be beat. The unit is situated in a newly developed complex surrounded by all the amenities you could need right outside your door - a great coffee shop, restaurant/bar, gym, childcare, convenience store, shopping, and more. Only a short drive or bus stop away from the resort with world class skiing and heli-skiing, even in early December. Our group of 5 adults and small child were very comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly soundproof. There's no better rental for this size and price point in the area. I will certainly be returning in the future.

I appreciate your feedback regarding the building's HVAC system. Although the unit does have a digital thermostat offering several unit-specific controls, the HVAC system automatically comes on in all units in the Mackenzie Plaza buildings at certain times. I will pass on this feedback to the Strata for their consideration.

This was a clean, new property located very close to the Revelstoke Mountain base area. The shops located in the plaza were very convenient and still expanding. It is a bit of a hike to the downtown area and likely worth driving should you choose to go. Communication was good and the unit was as advertised and well represented in the photos.

This was the perfect property for three single adults. There was plenty of room, the location was great and we had ample easy parking. This home is cosy, the beds were very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much

Alpenstoke was the perfect base for a fun weekend skiing Revy with friends! The location is stellar, five minutes from the mountain (parking was easy in the garage, spot is a short elevator ride away) and five minutes from town. Amenities were fantastic as well, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms -- boot dryers were an added bonus. I imagine it'll only get better as the ground-floor retail continues to be added. 100% will use this as home base again during my next trip to Revy.
Minutes from the mountain. Minutes from the village. Comfortable modern condo.
Only a 2 person hot tub for a place that sleeps
6 is a bit weird. My suggestion is ditch the useless bathtub and get a BBQ. Will be far more useful

Thank you for the suggestion about adding a BBQ, I will relay this to the homeowners. I believe the largest size hot tub the balcony can hold is a 2 person one based on the Strata and building regulations. However, I will be sure to mention this as well.

Overall excellent experience! We enjoyed the open kitchen to living room and the cleanliness was great. The hot tub concept in the covered cedar room and the warm storage area for our gear was something we hadn’t seen before and really appreciated.
There was only one hiccup that being we couldn’t get the BBQ to start but it may have been too cold.
Overall we all had an excellent experience , thank you!
