Housed in a former farmhouse typical of the Bray region, featuring brick and half-timbered walls, this charming cottage blends tradition with modern comfort. You’ll be charmed by the warm atmosphere and the fine materials: exposed beams, terracotta floor tiles, and carefully selected furnishings. Surrounded by a bucolic and relaxing setting, this cottage is ideal for a family getaway or a weekend in the countryside. Enjoy the large, tree-lined garden, cosy outdoor seating, and beautiful nearby walking trails. Less than 30 minutes from Dieppe, 10 minutes from Neufchâtel-en-Bray, and close to Rouen, this cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring Normandy: from the seaside to the bocage, forests, and local cuisine. The cottage, attached to the owners’ home, is located at the back of the property, past the horse stalls. Ground floor: - Cosy living area with dining nook, living room with TV and wood-burning stove. - Separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 5-burner gas stove). - Bathroom with shower and toilet. Ground floor—access via the staircase off the kitchen: - Bedroom for 2 people (160x200 cm bed). Ground floor – accessed via the staircase off the living room: - Bedroom for 2 people (160x200 cm bed). - Small bedroom for 2 people (2 beds, 90x190 cm each). - Bathroom with shower and toilet. A cot is available. Outside: - Private parking space. - Private, unfenced garden, open to the owners’ garden, with patio furniture and a barbecue.
