Updated 3 Bed, 2 Bath with new well stocked kitchen and decor in a fresh and clean style. L shaped salt water pool with shaded seating and screen covered lanai to enjoy the FL heat without the bugs and wildlife.

Kitchen opens up to dining room and French door to Lanai on one side and family / TV room on the other.

Master bath with soaking tub and Master bedroom with King bed and lanai French doors is on opposite side of house of bedroom #2 & #3 with pool Bath #2. Bedroom #2 has Queen bed. Bedroom #3 as kids / 2nd media room has twin over futon full bunk bed, and a twin XL over trundle twin for up to 4 beds. Total home has 6 beds with great mattresses and accommodates 8 guests.

For entertainment, Sonos multi-room sound system and Roku or chromecast on all TVs with youtube TV, hulu, netflix, HBO, and Disney+, and a library of 400+ movies.

Basic beach gear of some chairs and a cooler provided for venturing out to explore the island.

The entire house, pool, and all of Marco Island are yours to enjoy.

Marco Island is a truly special and unique place. Boaters paradise with 100s of homes on canals, and a network of public and private beaches and the 10k islands to explore. The city tourism has thrived for decades with home rentals and the adventure excursions, water sports, fishing, and vibrant restaurant scene with live music at many of them delivers pack filled days, and quiet evenings for the famous 'Marco Midnight' at 9pm where everybody recharges for endless days of fun to explore. I am from west coast, and think of Marco as 'East Coast Maui'.

Biking, jogging, join the Y, or play some pickle ball, most full and part time people on Marco are not from Marco, but all love the place and are friendly for new comers as long as you respect the community and the island.

This house in the heart / middle of the island on winterberry provides easy / convenient access to all, and a well stocked comfortable home and lanai / pool for the down time.

Weather you are going for quick long weekend with friends or family or extended stay as snow bird, Marco is a wonderful place you will be sure to return many times.

Parking is tough on marco for beaches, but lots of parking at restaurants. For beach, walk or uber is best. Bike and many rentals like golf carts etc also available. Generally once you are to one of the 6-7 commercial areas on the island, can explore / branch out from there to several points of interest.

Please keep noise to a respectful level after dark to respect other guests or neighbors.
