ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
Dining Room flows into a LARGE Family Room which has a gas fireplace, 40' Samsung HD TV, ample comfortable furniture, and panoramic views of Vail Mountain from 2 story windows. There is a full bathroom on this level. On the large, wrap around deck you will find your own PRIVATE HOT TUB, and a Weber gas barbecue grill. For your convenience the garage has been converted into a heated ski changing room with warm forced air professional boot and glove dryer/heater.

TOP LEVEL:
Has a large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD TV, and a deck facing the mountains. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and a large walk in slate-stone shower.
Across the bridge, which overlooks the living room below, is the small 4th Bedroom/Den which has a Twin Trundle Bed that sleeps 2.
This bedroom is private and cozy which is perfect for kids or just as a playroom.

BOTTOM LEVEL:
has 2 large bedrooms - one has a King Bed; the other - Bunk Beds, and a Twin Bed. Both bedrooms have HD TVs. The bathroom on this level is SPA-INSPIRED, and has RADIANT HEATED NATURAL STONE FLOORS, Granite Top, double sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a Spa-Like shower with Frameless Doors.

Location was excellent. Very close to the Simba Run bus stop and one stop away from the bridge over I70 into Lionshead. House was great for us we were 7 and one toddler and were very comfortable. Garage is setup for when you arrive from the mountain so you can leave al your gear in the closed garage ready for next day skiing or boarding. Highly recommend this spot. The Jacuzzi was privately located on the side of the house and was in perfect working order as well as all devices in the house. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Vail. Host was very responsive.

We loved staying here in Vail. The ski changing garage area was so nice and extremely useful. The house was in excellent condition and was beautiful inside and out. Great views and just a short walk to the bus stop. Will stay again!!

Property was listed as “ walk to ski lifts “ That was a stretch , bus stop was a steep walk down the road . Fireplace was not working , toaster not working, parking for more than two cars was a headache! Property owners in the neighborhood were not receptive to renters parking on their street. Our host told us there was parking two doors up the road , first come first serve. We were forced out by HOA people and had to park a quarter mile away overnight and have cars out by 8am . This place isn’t really a “walk to the lifts” kind of place. We had a group of seniors with knee and hip replacements so the advertised location to Vail was deceptively written.

Awesome view of Vail Mountain

We had an extended stay of 3 months and really enjoyed our time in Vail. The house was comfortably furnished and the management team were very friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Short walk (5 blocks) to the bike/pedestrian path along Gore Creek which goes into Lionshead and Vail Village. Beautiful walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condominium!

Our son’s wedding was at Piney Ranch, and this was the perfect place to stay. The views were spectacular, the accommodations were spacious, and the location was awesome! The mornings were perfect with the warm sunshine, and the nights were cool and crisp on the deck. We will definitely look forward to staying here when we return to visit our son and new daughter-in-law. Vail is a special place!

We came up for the vail beer festival and to celebrate my sister in-laws upcoming marriage. The condo is extremely close to Lionshead, we used the shuttle and walked all weekend. Lots of space and loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking in.

Perfect Paradise!

This is perfect property for your get-a-way! We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is great--a short walk into the village, or a few steps to the shuttle. The home was super clean and had all the necessary items to make our week relaxing and so enjoyable. The view....incredible. The host was so communicative, and always timely with our requests. Even when we bring non-skiers here they find many great things to do during the day while the rest of us are skiing. A favorite activity for non skiers to do is to take a free gondola ride up to Adventure Ridge after 2:30 and meet up with the skiers in the group and have lunch, cocktails, or cappuccino and enjoy all the activities up there like tubing and Snowmobiling.
