Our house "Eifelglück" was build in the Eifel Tudor style house is situated in a quiet street in the historic district Ramscheids. Ramscheid is a Talausläufer and has no through traffic. The Forest and various trails are directly accessible in the immediate vicinity of the front door within walking distance. The ski area "White Stone" and Udenbrett are also 5 km away. Those seeking peace and relaxation is the right place. A riding hiking station is located in a neighboring street. If you want to take your horse with you on vacation, so we can arrange for you this happy.
The house "Eifelglück" was completely refurbished in June 2016th There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds one in the basement and one on the upper floor with separate bathrooms. The bathroom in the basement has a shower, the bathroom on the upper floor with a deeper tub with shower. In the lower bedroom is available after hiking or skiing an infrared cabin to relax. This has a fully individually to be adjusted heating function and radio. Of course, you may like to be asked about us bathrobes and large towels for a small fee for your stay. The basement also features a relaxation room, which you can enjoy the cozy chairs and plump blankets needed relaxation after using the infrared cabin. Upstairs invites a cozy dining / living room to relax. In winter you can then finish off the day of vacation on the flickering fireplace with a glass of good red wine. In the spring / summer Porch overlooking the enchanted garden invites you to linger. There is a barbeque available. The kitchen is practical with an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer. In the house is further a washing machine and laundry Reck and iron. Detergent is available free of charge. A range of books Games such as archery, badminton, table tennis and football are available.

On site, the cost of the final cleaning 55,00 Euro to be paid.
Variable fee for the dog 6.00 / day
Would you like to book a linen package about us (large / small towel, tea towel, bathrobes for the infrared cabin, bed linen), then per person 10,00 Euro in approach.
The use of the infrared cabin, the wireless LAN and use of firewood are free!

Ein Wohlfühlort – Perfekt für den Sommerurlaub mit Hund!Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in diesem idyllischen Ferienhaus. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft absolut sauber und ist sehr freundlich und einladend eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos. Die Küche bietet eine sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte. Auch das WLAN hatte eine gute Qualität.Das Ferienhaus ist am Ortsausgang an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen und bietet einen guten Startpunkt für Wanderungen direkt ab der Haustür. Ausgiebige Wanderungen in herrlicher Natur sind auch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt in Ostbelgien möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestanden direkt vor Ort leider keine. Zweimal die Woche kam ein Bäckerwagen vorbei. Wenn man diesen abpasste gab es herrlich frisches Brot und duftenden Kuchen direkt vor der Tür. Für einen größeren Einkauf war ein REWE Center mit umfangreichen Angebot in 19 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt für uns als Hundebesitzer: Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt, sodass sich unser Vierbeiner frei und sicher im Garten bewegen konnte. Die Grillmöglichkeit im Garten hat unsere lauen Sommerabende perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und sauber. Auch die Einrichtung ist wirklich hübsch. Es ist alles da was man braucht, und für 4 Personen ist genug Platz. Der Garten für 2 kleine Hunde ist ausreichend, und komplett eingezäunt. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist überhaupt kein Problem, und sie ist sehr nett.

Heel erg mooi huis in rustige buurt. Restaurants op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden, net als de supermarkt. Veel te doen, o.a. mooie roofvogel reservaat met veel dieren op 15 minuten rijden, mooie dorpen en steden, bezienswaardigheden zijn er binnen 50 minuten rijden, tips; Brouwerij Bitburger, Eifelpark ( is ietsjes verder weg ) Monschau, Trier, Schleiden…..

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort an einer relativ ruhigen Strasse. Dabei ist es praktisch vollständig von Häusern umgeben. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Die Infrarotkabine und den Grill haben wir nicht genutzt und können diese nicht bewerten.Sowohl für das Check-in als auch die Rückgabe der Schlüssel mussten wir uns aktiv mit der Vermieterin in Verbindung setzen. Sie antwortete aber immer sofort, so dass dies kein Problem war. Allerdings haben wir auch vor Ort weiterführende Informationen vermisst, weil keine Gästemappe oder Ähnliches vorhanden war. So hat uns zum Beispiel der Gasherd vor Rätsel gestellt, weil wir noch nie mit einem gekocht haben. Aber auch das hat dann nach etwas Ausprobieren geklappt.Das charmante Haus eignet sich hervorragend als Standort für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung sowie, dank der Nähe zur Grenze, auch für einen Trip nach Belgien. Allerdings ist man dabei stets aufs Auto angewiesen, da auch im Ort selbst kein Laden oder Restaurant zu finden ist. Aber die Landschaft der Eifel ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu entdecken.

War schön

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man zur Erholung benötigt. Von diesem Standort aus ist vieles in kurzen wegen „10-30km“ sehr gut und entspannt erreichbar. Der Kontakt war sehr nett, muss aber dazu sagen, das einige Fragezeichen offen waren, die man vor Ort klären musste, das ist nicht ganz mein Ding. Für ein paar Tage ist das Objekt zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche und sehr große Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und der "Check-In" unkompliziert. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es dafür, dass die Zusatzleistungen (Reinigung, Bettwäsche) bei FeWo zwar abgebucht wurden, die Vermieterin davon aber nichts wusste. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und sehr gut in Schuss. Die Lage ist etwas exponiert und man muss ca. 10 Minuten fahren, bevor man bei einer Bank/Bäcker/Metzger oder einem Supermarkt ist. Aber genau dafür fährt man ja in die ruhige Eifel ;)

Die Eifel um Hellenthal ist eine Reise wert

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Ein bisschen Belgien, ein bisschen Holland, viel Eifel und Umland. Das Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, umfangreich ausgestattet, hat unsere Erwartung weit übertroffen.

Traumhaftes Eifel-Fachwerkhaus!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Osterurlaub verbracht. Das Fachwerkhaus ist ein Schmuckstück und bestens eingerichtet und ausgestattet- umfassend, sehr qualitativ und geschmackvoll. Terrasse und Garten ebenso wunderbar, auch der Grill kam auf der Terrasse zum Einsatz. Der Garten war für unseren älteren Hund toll für kleine Spaziergänge alleine. Der Kamin verschaffte uns wohlige Abende, wenn es draußen noch kalt war. In der Umgebung kann man sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen - Natur pur. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war stets mehr als angenehm. Vielen herzlichen Dank und viele Grüße!
