Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove dishes from sink and load dishwasher
Remove linens and used towels and place in a pile
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a late checkout charge of $100 for every hour late after check out time of 11am, unless host gives late check out complimentary
No pets; $400 charge for pets in home without permission. No Smoking allowed on the property; $400 penalty. Guests responsible for stains/damages
Host has the ability to charge for any additional cleaning due to condition of home. Please read house book upon arrival and additional rules. Thanks!

This home has a HUGE driveway with plenty of parking for lots of cars and even boats and RV's. Its a very charming home with a unique feel. We promise not to disappoint!
