We had a great time staying here while we explored Bozeman. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our time staying here. If we come back to Bozeman we will be sure to stay here.
This house is amazing! It is such a nice place and so clean! It had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again.
Had a great time in Bozeman.
Property was very close to downtown,
and was just what we needed for our stay.
Property owner was communicative and helpful.
Nice, comfortable place. Great central location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed spending Easter in Bozeman with our son. The open floor plan of the living area worked really well for our needs with the large kitchen, dinning table for 6 and two couches for relaxing in the evening. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
Very clean and spacious home in the heart of Bozeman. We were there to drop our Freshman off at MSU. My only complaint is that we did not find out there are tenants in the basement until we arrived. I feel it is not honest to not make this clear in the listing.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
We rented this VRBO for over two months during the summer. We abided by all the rules, kept things clean, and respected the property. At the end of our stay we were surprised to have received an additional charge for damaged sheets and towels. Some of these "damaged" items were already worn when we came and simply using them caused that to get slightly worse. After reaching out to the owner about this and questioning the 113 additional charge we received we got no response. In addition to this during our stay we had some friends over to grill and hangout in the backyard, we were not disruptive, just using the outdoor space the listing boasts. The next morning we received a note from the host saying we couldn't have any parties or gatherings. We understand the rules but when we are staying for over two months and therefore paying over 9,000 already, we find it rude to charge us extra for sheets and towels, and limit us to 2-3 guests over. The listing has several inaccuracies and flaws (smoke detector dangling from the ceiling when we arrived, which we fixed. And a countertop not properly attached). Overall the place is nice and clean, but we left feeling a little disrespected by the host.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property! We had a wonderful experience. My husband and I traveled with my parents and sister out to Bozeman to visit our daughter attending college at MSU. It is obvious the home was recently updated with new appliances, flooring, furnishings, etc. Everything was was clean and welcoming. The check in and check out process was a breeze and the few questions I had for the host were answered promptly. To be completely transparent, there is a tenant in the basement of the property but none of us noticed noise or activity even though we knew they were present. It shouldn't deter anyone from choosing this property. My 80 year old dad even walked to downtown Bozeman which is conveniently only about .5 miles away. We loved our visit and definitely plan to stay here again for our next visit.
Perfect property right in the middle of everything Bozeman. Just blocks from the main streets but very quiet and comfortable. Host answered any question within minutes. Everything was as presented, would def stay again!!!
Our party loved our stay. The property was super clean, bedding and all amenities high end. We enjoyed the easy convience of walking into town and the quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend to anyone considering on staying. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. Kitchen set up was great. The bathrooms are a bit tired, but functioned properly. The location was close enough to downtown for a long walk to breakfast. We chose to drive to dinner. Very close to grocery shopping. Quiet neighborhood.

Welcome! My wife and I love sharing our home with others. We have a passion for real estate and love to travel. We try to spend most of our time on the road and taking care of our boy/girl twins.
Why they chose this property
This home means so much to us. We love the neighborhood and location of this property. Our neighbors are all very sweet and love that we are so close to everything we need. We have food trucks down the street and Red Tractor Pizza and the Co-op a couple blocks away. Downtown shops and restaurants are a small stroll away.
We love rancher style homes and this 1961 home has a great layout. We spend so much time remodeling this home and giving it a facelift. There is a unit above this apartment (completely separate entrance and unit). We have professionally insulated for noise, so noise is at a minimum.
What makes this property unique
Close to downtown, shops, restaurants, MSU, Bridger Bowl, and hiking.
