Dit appartement ligt aan de rand van de duinen en op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het strand. De toegang tot het strand ligt tegenover het wooncomplex.

Het appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping, die ook de hoogste verdieping is. Het mooie grote balkon ligt op het zuidwesten en heeft een comfortabele zithoek.

De woonkamer heeft een dubbele glazen schuifdeur naar het balkon, keuken, twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden. Goed uitgeruste badkamer met wastafel, toilet, bad en douche. ook; Centrale verwarming, lcd-tv, cd en audio, internet. Balkon met meubilair. Alles heel goed uitgerust

De vrijwel nieuwe keuken is volledig uitgerust, inclusief een gasfornuis, een combimagnetron, een vaatwasser, een filter koffiemachine, een nespresso, een broodrooster en een waterkoker.
Ook een wasmachine is aanwezig.

Huisdieren zijn helaas niet toegestaan.

Wir haben uns, mit kleinen Abstrichen, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind ein wenig zu weich, aber da kann man es nicht jedem recht machen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe ist ein großes Plus, da man nach dem Einkaufen nicht auf Parkplatz Suche gehen muss. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.Die Kommunikation mit Inge hätte 10 Sterne verdient, da diese vorbildlich ist. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Erholsame Tage an der holländischen Nordseeküste

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wie schon von anderen Urlaubern hier bemerkt, war alles wie auf den Fotos und in den Beschreibungen und vor allem sehr sauber. Das ist der Vorteil, wenn beim Ferienobjekt die Endreinigung im Preis einkalkuliert ist. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut, es gibt sogar Eierbecher, Frischhaltefolie, Spüli usw. Die Appartmentanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Man ist zentral am Strand, direkt hinter den Dünen. Kleines "Manko", die Straße, die an den Dünen entlangführt, ist auch außerhalb der Saison relativ belebt bzw. einige fahren da recht flott. In der Saison könnte ich mir das nervig vorstellen. Uns hat es jetzt nicht gestört. In den Strandlokalen kann man gut essengehen. Wir haben aber auch ein paar mal gekocht, die Küche hat dafür alles was man braucht. Man kann von hier aus schöne Radtouren machen oder auch Ausfüge nach Den Helder, Hoorn, Almkaar oder auch nach Amsterdam. Mit den Rädern waren wir per Fähre auf Texel, das eignet sich gut für einen Tagesausflug. Die Kommunikation mit Inge war zeitnah und sehr angenehm. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Appartement. Spiele für die Kids (Anleitung auf Deutsch findet man im Netz) und ansonsten war auch einfach alles da - wir haben nichts vermisst. Somit hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in den Niederladen!

Entspannen am Strand

Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet, sauber und hatte viel Platz. Die Kommunikation mit Inge war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Lage zum Strand auch sehr praktisch. Da wir kein Auto vor Ort hatten war der Supermarkt etwas weit entfernt, aber mit Auto gar kein Problem. Am Regen Tag wäre ein Smart TV praktisch gewesen, aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt hat es uns super gekommen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :)

Schöne Auszeit in Julianadorp

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt, man muss nur die Straße überqueren um zum Strandaufgang zu gelangen. Trotz der Straße ist es ruhig, man kann gut schlafen. Der Kontakt mit Inge war sehr freundlich, wir haben unser verlängertes Wochenende sehr genossen!

Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung gut für Kinder geeignet.

Unser Sohn konnte die Straße und die im 5 Minuten Takt vorbeifahrenden Traktoren bewundern. Es hat ihn sehr gefreut und uns nicht gestört. Das Appartement ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, die Küche ist zwar etwas klein aber lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Tolles Appartement direkt hinter den Dünen

Wir hatten eine tolle Familienzeit im Appartement von Inge. Die Lage direkt hinter den Dünen ist einfach super. Zudem ist das Appartement sehr geräumig und vollständig ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Inge war jederzeit total unkompliziert. Wir können das Appartement somit zu 100% für einen entspannten Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen.
