The cozy, bright, friendly 120 m² apartment with conservatory is located on the 2nd Floor of a two-family house in a quiet location in the beautiful prairie. In 100m distance there is a supermarket and a bus stop of the city line. In about 10 minutes you reach the Halberstadt main station and the world-famous Halberstadt sausages and canning factory with in-house restaurant. The city center with its sights John Cage Organ Project in Burchardikloster, the Halberstadt cathedral treasure (within about 20 minutes) .From the residence is the Halberstadt lake campsite 10 minutes by car and in about 35 minutes by car from the Motorsport Arena in Oschersleben.

Silvester in Halberstadt
Uns hat eine tolle, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erwartet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter da fühlte man sich sofort wohl. Die Altstadt erreicht man in ca 20 - 30min. zu Fuß, jenachdem wie schnell man geht. Wir können die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, ist schön eingerichtet und ausreichend für 4 Personen (im 2. Schlafzimmer stehen allerdings die 2 Betten auseinander). Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Halberstadt selbst bietet bis auf den Dom und eine kleine historische Altstadt nicht so viel, aber von Halberstadt aus kann man in kurzer Zeit Wernigerode und Quedlinburg und auch den Oberharz mit seinen Wanderwegen etc. erreichen.

Leider ist es aus räumlichen Gründen nicht möglich auch in diesem Zimmer ein Ehebett zu stellen.
So ist unsere Ferienwohnung auch für Gruppen und als Monteursunterkunft geeignet.

Sympathische, ruhige Wohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und manches Extra mehr. Die Betten sind gemütlich, die Badewanne groß, das Bad sauber. Und die Vermieter sehr freundlich! Eine Spülmaschine wäre schön gewesen. Und es war nicht möglich die Schlafzimmer zu verdunkeln.
