This charming villa with three beautiful and large bedrooms benefits from an ideal location 300 meters from the nearest shopping facilities and the long, fine sandy beach of Moriani-Plage. Adjacent to the terrace in front of the house is a sunny barbecue area for cozy hours in the bosom of the family. The complex includes a large communal pool, a paddling pool and playground equipment for children. The surrounding area is full of regional products and produce that you can get to know. On the beach of Moriani-Plage rental of surfboards, catamarans, pedal boats and canoes. Taste the mussels farmed in the lagoon Étang de Diane and visit the ancient archaeological site of Aléria.
