On the 2nd and 3rd floor (from the parking lot, small step-free path from the parking lot below, 7 steps to access the gîte) Entrance/hallways with wood stove, living room-kitchen (access by 2 steps from the entrance), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm and children's play area), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm), a mezzanine (ceiling height less than 1m80 - 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower) with washing machine, bathroom (shower + wc), separate wc. Private outdoor space (on the common land shared with other holidaymakers) with garden table and barbecue. Shared heated outdoor pool (on schedule). Private parking. Rental of sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning: contact the owners directly. Just steps from the center of Hauteluce, 300m from the Chozal chairlift, and 7km from the Contamines Montjoie cable car, the "Les Beugris" gîte is ideal for enjoying a mountain vacation all year round. Located next to the owners' house, they have completely renovated this old family home, which includes three other gîtes. Close to shops and all amenities, what better way to avoid using your car and do everything on foot in both summer and winter! Near the Route des Saisies, in the heart of the Beaufortain Valley, also known as the little Savoyard "Tyrol", the cottage is ideally located to enjoy and recharge your batteries close to nature. Not far from the hiking trails in summer and the ski slopes of Les Saisies in winter, the Beaufortain offers a wide range of activities. The added bonus: the breathtaking view of the famous Mont Blanc massif from the swimming pool.
