Important Notes

• The pool is open year round but it is not heated. Pool dimensions are 28x14 and it is, 3.5 ft deep in the shallow end and 6 ft deep in the deepest part. While we make every effort to keep the pool operational and available for use,
sometimes issues outside our control arise and the pool may not be available for use for all or part of a stay.
• Parking is limited to three vehicles.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older, with exceptions requiring parent/legal guardian accompaniment.

The house accommodated the 5 adults and 4 dogs we had with us. There are some maintenance issues that need attention, but nothing that hindered the quality of our vacation. We were unsure about letting our small dogs off lease in fenced area due to the fencing not going all the way to the ground in some areas. Our bigger dog was fine. And there should be more lighting on the steps from the deck to the backyard. Overall the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was nice, beds comfy , my fur-brats were welcomed & we def enjoyed ourselves the week we had there! The trashcan near the pool was full wellness we arrived , thought it was for pool towels but was full of trash, we replaced the lightbulb in the hallway going upstairs due to it being out, the floors were quite filthy from the previous tenants pet hair & sandy feet & the downstairs satellite receiver never worked so we brought the one from the master bedroom down to watch the Saturday football games & the news.. other than those minor hiccups , the stay was great! Thank you

The beach is a several minute walk away; there are places to park and walk across to the beach for a shortened walk. The office also reached out to make sure everything was good and to let us know if we needed anything to just let them know.We also had our pets with us and greatly appreciated the fenced yard.

We had a great time staying at this property! This was our third trip to Gulf Shores. The location was close enough to all the hustle and bustle, but just far enough away that we weren’t right in the middle of it all. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach. If u have a lot of stuff there's closer parking spots but very limited. It was our first time in gulf shores and I have to say the place is very beautiful. Alot of things to do with families plus shopping and restraunts. All very close. The pool in the back yard was very nice especially on sunny days just relaxing and cooking out on the grill. Private yard helped out with our 2 dogs. That was very nice. The house it self was ok just a few minor things. Like the master had no blinds or curtains so my parents stayed in that room and they were up all night because the lights outside shined through their window. The master bathroom was not cleaned we go there. If you sat still you could feel the house shake while others were walking around. Kindof scared me a little. Other than that the place was nice and my family and I had amazing 6 day vacation. Oh and yes very well on communication no problem there at all. The AC went out on the first or 2nd day we were there and they had them out within min and fixed! Thank you so much for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay thank you

We were disappointed there was no shade by the pool. It would’ve been nice to have a way to get out of the sun but still relax by the pool. The other complaint I had was the silverware. It was very lacking. Almost all of the forks and spoons were so small I felt like they were for little kids.

Walls were dirty with ‘stuff’ that could be wiped away and we had to mop parts of the floor that were dirty. The metal gate needs to be fixed-very rusty and we were scared to get cut handling it. Thank goodness we didn’t have any small kids around it.The bunkbeds are definitely for kids who don’t care about comfort!Also, we had to clean up what looked like pieces of broken glass on the concrete underneath the unit. Other than needing a good cleaning, there was plenty of space and the pool was nice.The sectional sofa needs a good cleaning too-It smelled so we pulled a comforter off of one of the beds and put it on the sectional to be able to sit on it. :0

A bit worn, fenced yard nice for dog, beds fine

This property is a bit worn and not the cleanest. The baseboards are dirty, a dead bug was on the bathroom floor and I assume the cleaning crew did not do a good job of cleaning the floor. Most of the locks had issues. We could not always open the door to the deck upstairs, the side door has gaps between the door and the frame. We did have to call maintenance about a very leaky window (it was dripping off the windowsill, over electric outlets, onto the floor under the table. There had been storms and they leaked. They were very fast to respond and the maintenace person also tightened up a few of the doorknobs. However, they could not fox the leak. There is not light in the fridge.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was great, the rooms were large, and furniture and decorations were well done. Upon arrival I noticed an odor which I did not think much of. As the days of my stay progressed I noticed I had a bad cough, sneezing, headaches and was not feeling well. A few days in I noticed what appeared to be mold growth around and in most all vents in the property. I ended up cutting my trip short due to not feeling well and I did begin feeling better a few hours after leaving. While I do believe it was related to what I believe to be mold growth I cannot confirm. While there I was unable to find additional toilet paper, seems 1 roll per bath was the limit. I was unable to locate trash bags until I removed the full one to find additional bags in the bottom of the can. My final issue was the grass was quite high. For the price paid I do not feel this unit was worth it. I would not rent here again.

Location is ok, you have to walk a few blocks to the beach and have to drive to the main shopping/ restaurant area. Which was fine with us. We brought our pup with us and the fenced backed yard was really a plus!

Great place to chill!

Great property in Gulf Shores. Husband & I stayed there with our son & his friend (18year olds) while they went to Hangout Festival. Great location. Pool was perfect and yard was great for the doggies. (Note: there are big gaps between the bottom of fence and the ground which would allow more adventurous dogs to escape but ours wanted to stay close by us so it wasn’t a problem for us) . Basics in the kitchen, you will need to bring everything for cooking- no leftover supply of spices or plastic wrap etc. Also bring towels, toys, floats, wagon or anything needed for pool or beach. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Property management company is awesome and great with communication!!! Would definitely stay here again.

You you have a pet, you will love the yard and deck that is fully fenced. The house is a good layout and overalll fairly clean. It needs extra attention in some areas like doors around door handles and such.
