The magnificent finca property Can Mostaxet stretches between the towns of Muro and Can Picafort and is just a short drive from one of Mallorca's most enchanting beaches. This spacious holiday home rises on a generous 2,500 square meter plot and is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden, which forms a green oasis around the curved pool. There are plenty of sun loungers available here for relaxing sunbathing.

The accommodation

The pool house is a real gem, equipped with a kitchen, a barbecue, a spacious dining table and a private bathroom. This place offers the ideal setting for cozy barbecue evenings by the pool.The main house is also a place of relaxation and enjoyment. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with space for 8 people, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a well-equipped kitchen.

On the upper floor of the main house you will find another comfortable living area and a television with satellite television in the gallery. Additionally there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace as well as two further bedrooms and another bathroom. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units to make your stay even more comfortable.

The covered terrace in front of the house offers a sheltered place to relax in the shade or enjoy a lively game of table tennis.Another bathroom and an outdoor laundry room complete the comprehensive facilities of this property. Towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach are also provided. If you wish, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.

The entire property is exquisitely furnished with great style. The quiet location, the well-kept ambience, the beautifully landscaped garden around the spacious pool and the unique pool house make Can Mostaxet a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use.It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Electricity, including air conditioning, is additionally charged according to consumption (€0.40 / kWh) and will be deducted at the end of your stay from the deposit of €500.00 paid in cash upon arrival.

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.

It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT.)
