New Build Modern Condo in the heart of Traverse City

This new build condo is in the heart of downtown Traverse City! Walk to all of Traverse City's restaurants, breweries, distilleries, shopping, and the beach! Sleeps 4 people with a king bed and queen pull out mattress. The location offers easy access to both peninsulas which are home to over 40 different wineries.

The entire condo is yours to use during your stay. Newly built in 2021. Gather in the open layout living room and kitchen. Relax in the brand new king sized Saatva Luxury Mattress with microfiber sheets. The full bathroom has a modern tile shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided along with towels. After spending time in the condo walk right out the front door and be in the heart of Traverse City. 1/4 mile to clinch park beach and marina. One block walk gets you to Front Street, which is home to shopping and dinning. Central location to exploring both Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsula and everything they have to offer.

The condo is on the third floor of the building. Stairs must be climbed, there is no elevator.

A parking spot is provided for this unit in the private parking lot directly across the street. There is a loading area in alley behind the condo for easy luggage offload.

Level 2 EV Chargers located in Parking lot attached to building. These are maintained by Traverse City. Four charging spots. Can not guarantee availability, but have personally never seen multiple spots being used.
