The cottage is arranged over two levels and comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen and living area (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - a lounge - a bathroom with shower and bathtub (washing machine) - a toilet Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) - 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) For your comfort, the beds are made up for your arrival, and towels and linens are provided. Electric heating is charged extra (meter reading). Wi-Fi internet access is available. A private terrace with garden furniture and a griddle is available under the plane tree. Parking is available in front of the cottage. The cottage is ideally located 1.5km from the beaches, 1km from shops (Jaldai shopping area) and 5km from the town centre of St Jean-de-Luz. Skate park 150m away. Stay in a comfortable gîte on the outskirts of St Jean-de-Luz
