Renovated Apartment on the top floor (the only ones with high ceilings), air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room as well as ceiling fans. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Only 5 minutes walk to town square “La crucecita” where you will find tons of shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to the closest beach. (Santa Cruz).
Gated community with 24hr security guard, pool and tennis court.

GREAT spot to vacation

This condo was in the perfect location to walk to everything. The unit was very well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal or make a margarita. Would stay here again!

LOCATION

The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, we found it in great shape and everything worked fine, deck gets a fair bit of shade which is nice. It can be a little noisy outside during the day as it is a residential property with pickle ball and the pool beside you. Nights are very quiet, Pool was nice and big, Norma was without a doubt one of the best hosts we have ever had

The property was within a few minutes walk to the beautiful town of La Crucecita. The home was very clean & tidy. It’s a newly renovated apartment that has everything you would need while away from home. Having a washer/dryer made life so much easier as you are changing clothes regularly due to the humidity. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent this apartment, You’ll have a wonderful time.

La Crucecita March 2023

We enjoyed our stay, we found the property to be very clean and well appointed. We were able to walk to the beach and the grocery store, and there were always plenty of cabs for the ride home. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience as first time renters as we had stayed at resorts on our previous visits to Huatulco. Any problems we had were of our own doing.

Exactly what we needed!

This condo was very clean, fresh, and newly renovated, as advertised, and did not disappoint. The owner was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. There is a good sized pool on the property, and the main swimming beach (Santa Cruz) was a short and scenic walk - about 10 min - from our door. The supermarket was about the same distance. The town of Crucecita is right outside your doorstep and is full of countless restaurants and shops to check out! Some nearby condos were under renovation, but the noise was not early / late / loud enough to bother us during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

Recommended Rental

This is a newly renovated fully modern apartment which is very well equipped. The area is spacious and well appointed. Everything works. One unexpected benefit, given the location overlooking the pool, is that the apartment’s Wi-Fi is accessible from the pool area so you can sit by the pool and deal with e-mails, etc. The location is excellent. The property backs onto a National Park. There are restaurants and stores right outside of the complex and way more than you need within easy walking distance. A 20-minute walk puts you on the beach. Inexpensive taxis are everywhere and will take you to any further afield beach or market that you want. Two drawbacks for us were the shower and the stove. The on-demand hot water proved to be very moody/finicky and it was not possible to get a consistent water temperature in the shower. We are not fans of gas stoves at the best of times and gas stoves which do not have auto ignition are a real problem. Mexican matches are difficult to light and break easily. I burnt my fingers way too many times. We did look in the stores and markets for a BBQ lighter but could not find one. Overall we would definitely recommend this property.
