Our Hawaiian Style Vacation Rental apartment is "Legally operated", and sits on Kailua Beach, one of Hawaii's most beautiful of white sand beaches, and rated among one of the USA's best. This VR unit is located in the front portion of a Kailua beachfront home with a beautiful view of Kailua bay. It has it's own private entrance and convenient FREE parking on driveway just down sidewalk from the rental unit. The bedroom has one queen-size bed and over head ceiling fan for extra ventilation and comfort. There is a connecting private bathroom and shower, supplied with bath towels sets an beach towels. The unit also has a dining table, TV with cable, and unit is computer “WIFI” wireless ready. There is AC available for cool air as preferred. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, large sink, Kreuig coffeemaker with 4 complimentary K- coffee cups to start tenants off, electric hot water kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishes, and utensils. There is microwave cooking only. Tenants are responsible for their own food an beverages, and all personal soaps an toiletries. Rental has direct side walk private access to front lawn sitting area where tenants can relax an enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Kailua Bay and Mokulua Twin Islands. The beach is just 30 steps form the rental door. The front lawn is shared with tenants of second rental on premise. For extra privacy during day, the unit window has been tinted at 82% view protection from outside, an inside there's partial view a full coverage shades for further privacy. Lounge & beach chairs are included for use at rental beach premise only. There are out side hose's and faucets for rinsing off sand after going to beach and swimming. There are convenient clothes lines right outside rental door for drying suits, towels, an clothes. No Washer/Dryer. Laundromats are 5 min away.
Rates are based on 1-2 adults and all reservations are booked on a “first come basis”. All credit card fees are 3% included in rental rates.

Thank you Shari for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your slice of heaven for a few days. Shari was very accommodating, communicative, and enjoyable to stay with. Her place is just lovely with the best views we could hope for. Her place was comfortable and everything we wanted in our stay. I’m at the airport getting ready to fly back home, contemplating going back haha…thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Our stay was so incredible! Shari was wonderful and gave us so many options for restaurants and things to do in Kailua. We’re happy we got to meet! Hopefully we will be able to come again and stay here again. :)
The location! And the updated, smart use of space- I would suggest maybe a small love seat or two comfy chairs at end of bed to have for seating. But it was perfect for us!
Accommodations and location were perfect! Beautiful and secure property right on a beautiful beach and town. Host was wonderful. Would heartily recommend.
The room was perfect for our needs staying three days. We had beachfront access with chairs and beach towels provided. The host was incredibly kind and personable and gave us great recommendations for local eating in sightseeing. We would totally stay here again and can’t wait to book our next trip there!
Our host was very welcoming and informative. The best thing about this rental is its location and proximity to the beach. It’s very basic, pretty much just a bedroom and bathroom with a small kitchen sink space. There’s a small refrigerator and a microwave. It works fine for two people who are planning to eat out for most meals. There really is not comfortable seating for watching TV or anything like that. But if you’re just looking for a place to stay, that’s close to a beautiful beach and reasonably priced this is your spot.
This was such a lovely little escape. Tucked into a quiet little street and with the beach as your backyard. The room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Shari was so friendly and communicative if we had any questions, but everything was so clearly lined out and navigated, it felt like home before we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
The view from window showed the ocean. It was beautiful! Our host Shari was attentive, friendly and gave very helpful advise on places to eat and things to see and do. The waves here however were strong and we didn't venture out in the water. The beach was clean and pristine and we enjoyed walks on the beach every morning!
