This property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and provided so many extra amenities. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and cozy home

Location is nice. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is stocked well with plenty of great pots/pans, dishes, silverware and small appliances. Home is quite comfortable. The backyard is very dog friendly!

Like living at Home!

Comfortable and stocked with most everything you could need. Appreciated all of the kitchen equipment and fully stocked coffee bar and household paper products. We cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and felt right at home enjoying both living spaces and comfortable patio space. We would return!!

Excellent Stay

We had an amazing trip to Scottsdale and cannot say enough good things about this home! The communication was perfect and the house was just right for our family of 4. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and had items waiting for us upon arrival (and additional items for use during the week). We were greeted with snacks and a beautiful home. The hot tub was a highlight, and the adorable lemon tree provided the perfect fruit to make a yummy lemon pie. We took our dog for a walk around the quiet neighborhood day and night. We would happily return to this home.

Winter Getaway to Scottsdale

I cannot recommend this property enough! We actually booked last minute due to being very disappointed in the place we rented originally and Krista got us in right away. The place was immaculate and had everything you could think of; spices, condiments, towels, ziplock bags, a fresh lemon tree, the list goes on! Everything was in good working order and Krista was very responsive to any questions. The place was perfect for us as a couple, but would also be a great place bring a big family. There are two family rooms and lots of seating inside and outside complete with a beautiful yard and a hot tub. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Lovely home and lovely hosts

I was very pleased when I arrived at this property. The house was well maintained and very clean. The yard was also clean and secure. This home is in in a good location and ,no knowing the city, I believe in a very safe part of town. The hosts provided all sorts of extras to make our stay just like home. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances. The host provided little touches like the sheet to put over the bed to protect the bedding from the dog fur. We communicated with the hosts a number of times during our stay. They were prompt to answer our questions and extremely pleasant. I plan to come back into the area next year and will try to rent this home again. Thank you to our hosts, we really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at The Wilshire was very rewarding and relaxing.

We were very pleased and grateful to see the house well maintained. Every room in the house was clean and very inviting. I appreciated Krystah making us feel at home by leaving us goodies, water bottles, extra blankets, plugs, etc.. I will definitely return and recommend this house to my family and friends. She is also very understanding and very approachable. This house is a must see.❤️😍

Our Get-Away at The Welshire

My siblings, spouses, and I can’t say enough about this home! Krista was an awesome hostess. Before we arrived, she answered all of our questions promptly and accurately. When we arrived, The Welshire was ready and stocked with little extras all over the house. The backyard was perfect to have breakfast and visit and relax. We were even able to get in a few games of ping pong! The clean up and check out was quick and efficient. We would recommend this to anyone and everyone! The neighborhood was quiet and accessible to everything we needed. We also were able to walk to the grocery store. Five stars all around! Can’t say enough!!!

Loved this house

My husband and I are in Scottsdale frequently. We tried to remember all the places we have rented through different agencies but lost count. Out of all the very very many homes, there are only two that stand out as exceptional, and this is one of them. Whoever staged this house needs to give lessons to other people. The attention to detail is amazing. Every bed has a light, every bed has a charging station, the bathrooms have baskets full of things you might have forgotten to bring; there is even a full size massage chair which was amazing. Pristine in its cleanliness, none of the furniture feels like stuff they just didn't want in their own homes anymore and just dropped it at the rental, and not cluttered with too much kitschy decorator things. The office is beautifully outfitted and even equipped with a printer. Where a lot of houses fail is in the furniture. It might look good in the pictures but it's not comfortable to sit on for any length of time like watching a movie or reading a book. This house had both attractive and comfortable furniture. Another way houses fail is in the bed. We only used the master but it was a king and it was comfortable. The backyard was perfect - sit outside with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the afternoon. It is an older home with an addition so the footprint is odd but that in no way detracted from the comfort of the home. Seriously, the photography for this house does not do it justice. In fact I was hesitant to rent because of the pictures, however it not only surpasses its own photography, but also almost every other house we've ever stayed at. The ONLY comment I would make is some of the rooms needs ceiling fans. Sometimes the AC needs to be circulated better. But I can't recommend it highly enough. Loved every minute of it and was sad to leave.

What A Gem

Great place, we loved staying here. Host is very accommodating and responsive. We spent nearly a month here and time flew by. Very clean, tons of space, great backyard with fun games. Centrally located to get to all the greater Phoenix cities, close to the highway, close to Old Town. Plazas near by with great food options as well. Definitely want to come back and stay.

The Wilshire belongs to my sweet mother-in-law who is now 92 years old and in a group home. I manage it for her & use the income to pay for her care. I grew up in northern Arizona and am a licensed real estate agent. I enjoy renovating homes with my husband of 37 years. I also stay busy as an assistant florist with our second daughter. We own "Fig and Poppy Florals" and do weddings and special events. I love and enjoy all things furry with paws and so you are welcome to bring your pup. My best days always begin with an awesome phone call from my greatly missed grandchildren, Ruby, Maverick, and my Grayson. They all live in Iowa City, IA. My oldest daughter is a critical care nurse and my son-in-law is a dentist. My other son-in-law is a proud ex-Marine and home builder. My other daughter is the florist. Why they chose this property

I have fond memories of this neighborhood. I have spent many, many holidays here, in this very house. The kids learned how to swim in the jacuzzi, had picnics on the patio, delicious meals and watching football in the family room. The neighbors are like family and have been in their homes for 30+ years. It's a great place to take the kids and dogs on an evening walk.

What makes this property unique

With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, family room and fully stocked kitchen, the house is easy to stay in. It is conveniently located to freeways so that you can get to where you are going fairly easily. It's also close to shopping, dining, & entertainment. It's located in Scottsdale but in the southern part which makes it much more affordable but with all the benefits that come with beautiful Scottsdale!!
