idyllic 60sqm apartment, just 700m from Lake Rursee
Dear holiday guests,
Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in Heimbach-Hasenfeld, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Rursee.
The apartment on the ground floor is equipped with everything you need to feel good and is intended for 2 adults with a child.
The heart of the apartment is the living room with a small kitchenette (incl. Dishwasher) and dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. In addition to the extremely large bathroom, which has a bathtub and bidet, there is another guest toilet in the apartment. The spacious hallway offers enough storage space for your hiking shoes and other equipment.
Spend a great vacation in the landscape of the Eifel National Park. The direct surroundings invite you to relax as well as to many leisure activities and excursion destinations.
The hiking and cycling path to Lake Rursee runs right past your holiday apartment. In just a few minutes you can reach the landing stage of the Rursee fleet. On the Rursee you can practice a variety of water sports such as sailing, SUP, fishing, pedal boats or canoeing.
The nearby Kermeter delights young and old hikers or you can enjoy a traditional pea soup in the Mariawald Monastery. Hengebach Castle with its international art academy attracts many guests every year with its appealing cultural program. Likewise, very interesting exhibitions in the Art Nouveau Kraftwerk in Hasenfeld are shown again and again. There is something for every taste and there will be no wish unfulfilled.

Die Wohnung selber ist OK. Aber die Ausstattung 70 er Jahre like! Küche Toaster, Kaffemaschine und auch Wasserkocher in KEINEM akzeptablen Zustand. Alle Teile verostet, verschmutzt und Kaffemaschine vermutlich undicht, da unter der Maschine immer Wasser steht! Aber dem Vermieter seine Sorge ist, das der Backofen,wenn er benutzt wird, nur mit Backpapier benutzt wird um Verschmutzungen zu vermeiden!
Die Beleuchtung unter den Hängeschränken funktionierte auch nicht.Und überall Schmutz, als wenn nach der letzten Vermietung KEINE Reinigung durchgeführt wurde.
Im Schlafzimmer ein Futonbett, das fast auf der Erde steht,aus meiner Sicht für Vermietung ungeeignet, da man als älterer Mensch kaum wieder hochkommt.
Das HighLight ist das Badezimmer! Badewanne ohne Haltegriff, an der Stelle wo er hingehört und auch keine Halterung für die Brause,wenn man sie als Dusche benutzt. Ferner am Badewannenboden KEIN Rutschschutz, sodass man NUR unter Mühen Baden oder Duschen kann. Meine Frau hat sich das garnicht getraut!
Über dem Waschbecken ein Spiegel mit einer Spiegelleuchte an der die Glasabdeckung vermutlich zerbrochen ist, sodass die elektrischen Anschlüsse der 4 Kerzenbirnen frei zugänglich sind und somit auch jederzeit durch Wasser beim Waschen bespritzt werden könnten, wo sich wohl jeder vorstellen kann was dann passieren wird!
Und durch die ganze Wohnung Schmutz und Spinnweben, die schon von längerer Nicht Reinigung künden. Auch wenn die Wohnung preiswert ist,sollte sie zumindest sauber sein!

Normalerweise Antworte ich eigentlich nicht auf eine solche Bewertung, aber in diesem Fall bleibt mir kaum was anderes übrig.
Die Wohnung wird nach jeder Vermietung gereinigt und wieder auf Hochglanz gebracht, was ja auch über die anderen Bewertungen angezeigt wird.
Der abgeblich verrostete Toaster ist Neu gekauft und die angeblich undichte Kaffeeemaschine nur deshalb bemängelt, weil der Mieter gerne eine Kaffeepadmaschine gehabt hätte.
Das ich darauf hinweise den Backofen mit Backpapier zu benutzen, zeigt lediglich, dass es mir wichtig ist, dass der nächste Mieter wieder ein sauberes Umfeld vorfindet.
Das war allerdings nach dieser Vermietung mehr arbeitsaufwand als gedacht, denn so so verschmutzt habe ich die Wohnung noch nie zurück bekommen.
Das einzigste Problem das die Mieter währen ihres Aufenthalts mir gegenüber geschildert haben war, dass der Fernsehempfang für ca. 1 Minute gestört war.
Denn alles andere hat die nicht interessiert.

Herr Cremer is een vriendelijke man! De woning is ruim en schoon! Het enige minpunt vonden wij dat er geen eigen tuin bij de vakantiewoning aanwezig is! Erop uit is dus het devies
