Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, year-round, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom contemporary house with expansive deck and 150 feet of private lake frontage with beach. Private location with unbeatable views of one of the cleanest lakes in VT! Summertime fun with 3 kayaks and 1 paddleboard included, proximity to Kingdom Trails and other wonderful biking and hiking areas. Wintertime base for Nordic and alpine skiing (Craftsbury, Jay Peak, Burke Mtn.), and access to VAST trails. Unbeatable fall foliage. This home has it all! Please note that summer rentals will be week-long, generally Friday to Friday. Preference given to previous VRBO renters with 5 star reviews.

If we allow you to bring a dog (or 2), they MUST be housetrained, and you must sign an agreement for them. Also, the $90 pet fee is per dog.
Summer 2025 will require weekly minimum for bookings, and bookings preferably will be Friday to Friday unless otherwise negotiated in rare cases.
