The approx. 92 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of the apartment block built in 2015 and has a balcony, a washing machine, internet WiFi and parking space. - Long-term vacationers are also very welcome from November to March! We would be happy to provide you with a suitable offer with affordable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous leisure activities. You can rent bicycles or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, bowling / bowling, get a massage, ride in Trassenheide or work out with kitesurfing and surfing in Ückeritz. There is a swimming pool in Zinnowitz. You can also go jet skiing or go to the solarium in Zinnowitz. Those who want to play golf are in good hands in Balm am Achterwasser. Paragliders can e.g. B. take off in Heringsdorf and go-kart fans in Peenemünde make the tires glow. For a quieter leisure time, the climbing forest in Ückeritz / Neu Pudagla offers exciting courses through the treetops. A family petting zoo is located in Wolgast on the mainland. Some recreational opportunities are not open all year round, in some cases advance registration is necessary.
