We had a great stay in Colico. The apartment is spacious and clean and the pool and tennis court are often used. There was more than enough to do and see in the neighboorhood so we enjoyed ourselves!

A very nice apartment in a wonderful location, with excellent views of the north end of Lake Como. The suite is nicely appointed - nothing is lacking in the kitchen or bathrooms. I very much appreciate the walking and cycling opportunities in close proximity to the apartment: trails on Mt. Legnone are nearby, and it’s an easy walk down to the centre of Colico. Finally, this apartment is located within a reasonable drive to several of the famous climbs of the Giro d’Italia cycling race.

Mountain view

Modern and clean, great view of sunrise over the mountains, big bath, garage parking, we'll looked after communal swimming pool and garden. Long walk down to Colico centre, takes over 20 mins, would recommend driving.

Super ruim, licht, fijn balkon, mooi uitzicht, fijn zwembad.

Thank you very much for your feedback. It’s good to hear that the air conditioning in the upper part of the flat keeps the upper rooms cool even in extreme temperatures. We will continue to optimise the cooling system, and besides air condition fans are available. To keep the rooms cool and save energy, it is also advisable, during hot weather, to ventilate the rooms by creating a draught only at night or in the early morning, and to keep the shutters in the basement and the curtains on the upper floor closed. Thank you.

Heel fijn verblijf

Schöne Wohnung in Mehrfamilienhaus

Da sollte man dringend was dran tun.
