Telfair Loft 211: Parking Cost Covered Downtown
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.
We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. We had a great stay in this Condo. It was so convenient to historic sights, parks, shopping and dining. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The unit was nice and very clean. It was easily accessible to restaurants, River St, shopping etc. If you are one who needs sleep though I would not recommend. Everything I would rate 5 Star accept for the fact it was not quiet. The building is on a very noisy street with loud cars blaring music, people screaming, and other various noises keeping us up till 2-3 am. Again nothing against the property but unless you are staying out late to party I don’t recommend.
Loved this condo. Cute, comfortable, and great location. Exactly as described. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, City Market, and River Street. Communication with the host was easy. Great place to stay!
Loved staying close to historic areas, shopping and sightseeing in Savannah. The loft was roomy and perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have convenient parking in a garage close by.
Enjoyed our brief stay at the Vrbo house ! We were exhausted after our time at the convention but it was the perfect location and the bed was extremely comfortable!
This was a beautiful place in the perfect location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We were surrounded by wonderful places to eat. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Savannah.
The condo was very clean and looked to be updated recently. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a Kroger about a couple miles away, the parking structure was about a short block and a half away. We thought having that parking spot was extremely important because Savannah does not have much parking available on the streets. However, after we arrived we did not need to go back to our car because everything is within walking distance. There are many restaurants, bars, tours and activities within a few blocks of the condo. The host Mary responded within minutes of our inquiries, would definitely recommend this place.
This is a great condo, very spacious and airy. Updated and comfortable. Clean and bright. Big, Beautiful Windows, Looking right out over Broughton and Barnard. The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of Savannah Historic District.1 block from CityMarket, just a few blocks from River Street, We will stay here again!!

My family and I loved the condo!!! It was beautifully renovated and in a great location. So many great shops and restaurants near by. The property management was also very kind and friendly when we spoke to them. Would recommend!!!
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, convenient location. The only downside is move your vehicle out of the parking garage before you check out or you have to pay $42 for parking
