Quick Shakespeare Trip

It's a really nice, modern, clean house with fabulous outdoor seating. The property owners are attentive. A massage chair and two bathroom bidet toilets were an added perk!

Awesome Home in Cedar City, Utah

I would stay at this property again! The home was clean and inviting and located in a quiet neighborhood near the Cedar City Temple and I-15. We were in Cedar City for a family member's funeral and were so glad that we rented this property rather than staying a local hotel - we all felt comfortable and "at home" as we sat together a shared memories of our family member.

Family Vacation to Utah

The property was exactly as we had expected based upon the photo's reflected on the VRBO website. The toilets and massage chair were nice touches and were highly appreciated by my family, especially after busy days hiking. All of my online interactions with the owner were quickly responded to and addressed satisfactorily.

Modern and Spotless

Beautiful property with some great features for kids of any age. The putty green was a hit while the massage chair was in constant use. We had a minor issue but manager was all over it and resolved quickly. Lots of tech in the house. Be ready for heated toilet seats!

Clean, comfortable & contemporary!

Overall a great stay. The home was clean, plenty of towels and extra amenities such as smart toilets, lights, music. A wonderful massage chair and gym. The backyard was beautiful although we couldn’t figure out how to use the fire pit. Helpful feedback the pillows are not comfortable with everything else being so nice I’d look to change those. There is shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no shower gel or proper body soap.

There is someone staying in the basement that is not told to you when booking. They were constantly coming & going & cooking the upstairs stunk from them cooking & they had a whole fridge full of food.

Race week

The house was amazing! It had everything, and more! We were at a bike race and it was so nice to come back to this home and be able to relax. The massage chair was a big hit! And the kids loved the games in the kids room. I would definitely come back here!

Mike & Emily Green have called Cedar City home for most of their lives. Mike is the President & CEO of a leading home improvement wholesale & eCommerce company. Emily is a board member at Intermountain Health Care. They've raised our 5 children in Cedar City and spend a lot of time in Hopkinsville Kentucky and the Bacolod Philippines where Mike's company has offices. We love seeing the world and built this home specifically to share our world with travelers looking for a 5 star luxury experience in Cedar City!

Why they chose this property

We've found over the years as we travel the world that we much prefer staying at a nice vacation rental property over even a 5 star hotel. Our home town of Cedar City has a lot to offer to travels but the quality of housing available wasn't quite as impressive. As such we set out on a mission to build a high end vacation rental that we could share with travelers from around the world. We've traveled all over the world but know there is nowhere quite as amazing as Southern Utah. We want to share that joy and amazement with the world by providing a 5 star experience for all who stay in our home.
