Situated on the 5th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with a bath).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- In the hallway by the entrance: a bunk bed and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

Outside:
- A 2m² north-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The studio is ideally situated in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Try sand yachting on the wide sandy beach, which is ideal for this activity thanks to its steady winds.
- Make the most of the cycle paths and footpaths for bike rides or walks through the dunes and the nature reserve.
- Have a go at kitesurfing or watch the kitesurfers glide between sea and sky on the beach.
- Explore the surrounding area with a trip to Dunkirk or a day out in nearby Belgium.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s numbered parking space. A car park is also available near the sailing school.
