We had a wonderful stay with the most incredible views. We especially enjoyed having the hot tub facing the view. The rooms and kitchen were very spacious and well stocked, except there is no blender. Our only issue was the check in instructions; finding the location of the lock box was a bit confusing.
The views from the home are fantastic. Layout of the home and cleaniness overall was great but needs to have carpet on lower level cleaned and fixtures dusted/light bulbs replaced. Overall, a great home!
The home was well maintained. We spent most of our time on the main level. The kitchen had all supplies needed for cooking. The location is private and the view is beautiful. Central location to Boone and Banner Elk. Thank You!
The cabin was very nice! It was well appointed from kitchen to bedrooms. The fire place worked great. Used it everyday. Well worth bringing your own wood if there in the winter. View is fantastic... We accomplished what we came for... kids to go tubing, see some snow, & have some quality family time. There were a couple of issues, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay & were reported to vrbo on checkout. Would definitely stay there again. Grandchildren still talking about the great time they had.
We stayed here for my daughter's birthday weekend. Boone had a lot of snow and ice the week before, and neighbors helped my husband get up the road to the house. The VIEW was beautiful! The house is huge, and there was plenty of space for my daughters' friends, my sons' friends and my husband and I. It was a great location. We went sledding on Strawberry Hill (GREAT experience!), and went to Hawks Nest tubing. The kids loved the hot tub, the pool table, the hang out room downstairs. We had a small issue during our stay, and the property managers called us over the weekend to see if we wanted the issue fixed during our stay. If you go in the winter, we highly recommend snow chains and 4 wheel drive. Would stay here again!
