Suite Retreat, nestled within Coral Springs Resort, is a welcoming escape with space for up to 12 guests. Located just 10 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and 45 minutes from Zion, this condo is your perfect basecamp for desert adventures and relaxation.

The spacious open-plan living area invites you to unwind, featuring a wrap-around couch, cozy gas fireplace, and a smart TV. Just outside, a private balcony is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and ample seating—perfect for evening gatherings.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Suite: King bed, Smart TV, en suite with walk-in shower, and direct patio access.
Bedroom 2: Full bed, Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Two full-over-full bunk beds, Smart TV, great for families and friends to gather.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, griddle, and all essentials, with a counter for two and a dining table for four.

Extras: Pack N’ Play, high-speed Wi-Fi, whirlpool washer and dryer, pool and beach towels.

Coral Springs Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center. Enjoy a swim any time of year or challenge friends on the basketball court—all accessible with your guest pass.

Guests will have total privacy and 24-hour check-in with keyless entry. Southern Utah Luxury Customer Care is available 24/7 via phone or text.

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $50 per day will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.

Both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces are under repairment.

We enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved the bunk beds and tv in their room. There were some issues, but the property management were great to work with. I would definitely stay here next time. Fast internet.

Beautiful area in Southern Utah

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time using condo as a homebase for our travels to Bryce Canyon and Zion National park. Condo is on the third floor and worked fine for us, but there is no elevator.

We always wanted to see Zion and St George and this location was perfect to go to both! The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was furnished and we needed propane for the bbq. We called and they brought propane to us. Overall we loved Southern Utah and would definitely do it all over again!!

Pros: Great location with easy in/out access to main roads and highway. Conveniently located to many area interests/ attractions within 10-20 min drive. Unit was very comfortable for our family of 6. Cons: Upper unit with two flights of stairs to navigate with luggage and parking was limited. Adjacent area is currently an active construction site and there was some noise and or debris from such.
