THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The view & location are great. Unfortunately, the parking passes were missing, the refrigerator took a long time to get cold, the dryer does not heat properly. Furniture is old and the chair in the living room could stand a good cleaning. These are minor fixes & this rental could easily be a 5 star.

Review of Unit

To call this property a dump is giving it a compliment! I have been renting properties in Harbor Town with my family for over 15 years in multiple properties, this unit by far was the worst we have stayed in. The unit is filthy, poorly furnished and outdated to say the least. Both the sliding doors lacked blinds and or curtains making it impossible to sit in the living room until sunset. The deck furniture consisted of 2 flimsy plastic chairs and a small plastic table. The oven doesn’t work correctly and one of the burners doesn’t work at all. The coffee maker is disgusting and unusable. The bed in the master bedroom is not a queen but a full and one room had no TV at all and the others were extremely small. Overall I would not suggest this property to anyone nor will I ever stay here again, for the money charged the place is unacceptable

Memorable vacation

The property was in a great location. Great for watching sunsets. We loved our stay and will come back again for a longer stay next time. Easy check in and check out. (Bathroom liner needs to be replaced in the main bedroom. Update of the furnitures will make the place perfect!)

Great location

This place was very comfortable. We had a great time. There is a pool and a balcony that look over the water. The beach is just across the street and restaurants, shops and bars are all walking distance. We never drove. It’s a nice little tucked away spot too so it’s not noisy. Would definitely go again.
