Great house in an upscale gated community.
Beautiful house in a safe and gated community, quiet, very clean neighbourhood. Recently renovated and upgraded, very clean. The renters will have to submit an application to the community as permanent guests in order to enter the club house and use the pool, gym etc. The cost of the applications will be the responsibility of the renters.
