Beautiful Beach House and Casita at Playa Uverito, Las Tablas Panama
This beautiful beach house is on Playa El Uverito, in Las Tablas, Panama. A two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in a private walled-in property. The house has air conditioning on both floors, a large eat-in kitchen, combination living room and dining area, along with multiple covered patios on both levels. The home has a private walled-in courtyard behind the house with 2 outdoor showers and separate toilet room. At the rear of the courtyard is a private casita that has a queen bed and bathroom with shower, and this unit is also air conditioned. The beach access is directly across from the house, and the Rincon del Faro restaurant is only 200 yards away. Three other restaurants are available at the public beach area. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the water from the front patio, or afternoon drinks in the private patio while sunbathing and relaxing.

My wife and I bought this beautiful home in 2021 along with our best friends (her cousin and spouse) with a dream of living part of the year in Panama when we retire. We both work for the government in public safety, but will be starting a new chapter in our life at the end of 2023.
Why they chose this property
This beautiful home is located on one of the most popular beaches in the Las Tablas area. Playa El Uverito is approximately 2 miles of chocolate sand beach with calm water and 80 degree water temperature year round.
The town of Las Tablas is less than a 10 minute drive on paved road the entire way, and is the capital of the Los Santos district. This beach is extremely popular during the Christmas holidays, Carnival, and during Holy Week. Enjoy the multiple festivals and quaint feeling of a provincial Panamanian town, or explore the beach chic communities of Pedasi and Playa Venao only 30 minutes away.
