BC 103A Gulf Front - Heated Pools

Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Beach Club is located in the Core of Pensacola Beach with easy walking distance to the Pensacola Beach Pier, Casino Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping. Beach Club is minutes away from Historic Downtown Pensacola, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Pensacola Bay Center, and the Blue Wahoo’s stadium!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The unit was perfect size for a couple, had great views, and was a 30 second walk to the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent Condo

This is the perfect place for 2 people! It is a very nice condo, very clean, & had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again. The front desk employees were super nice & very helpful when I called to get a new iron because the one in the closet was broken. Washer & dryer was a bit noisy but if you run them while you’re out on the beach, it won’t bother you a bit, lol. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Ideal location

I really enjoyed the location of the condo. It being on the first floor made going to and from the beach so easy. You pass right by the pool and hot tub! The condo had plenty of kitchen supplies, and the staff was very friendly. I have stayed at many of the cabanas at Beach Club and will definitely be going back in the future.

Our condo was great. It was a short walk to the beach. It was cold outside (end of January), so the hot tub was a lifesaver. The front desk staff were so very friendly. They reached out a few times to make sure we were all settled in and if we needed anything. Great customer service.

Perfect stay

This is my third time staying at the property and this is by far the best room we have stayed in. It was freshly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved the LED mirror in the bathroom. The only compliant I had was the refrigerator would beep if you didn’t manually slide the latch in. Beautiful property on such a beautiful beach. I hope to end up with this one again next vacation.

Great place to be "on the beach"

The place was clean with a balcony facing the ocean which was wonderful. The beach is really only steps away from the door and the pools and hot tubs where great, one set indoor, one set out side so you're covered if you get a rainy day. And they had one of the best fitness centers I've ever seen in a place like this! It's nice that you can use their beach umbrella and chairs on a first come, first serve basis but we had brought our own and I'm glad we did; gave us a bit more flexibility and we were able to get a bit more space around us. The person who did our check in was awesome and gave us all the information we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The only problems were the following

The television needs to be replaced. You can hear the the neighbors outside ac in the bedroom. Other than that it was great.

4-day Beach Vacation

The property was wonderful, very clean and well-maintained. It is right on the beach, with easy access and a great view of the gulf. The property is extremely comfortable, with all of the amenities we wanted. Everyone we encountered at the property was extremely helpful and friendly. The property has a great location and is within easy walking distance from a variety of shops and restaurants. This beautiful condo is a great place to stay, and my wife and I would be very much interested in staying here in the future.
