Walking distance to Blue Wahoos baseball stadium, Pensacola Bay Marina, Joe Pattis, Palafox St, restaurants, bars, museums, theaters, etc.

This property is newly built along with designer furnishings and beautiful decor to make you feel right at home. This property is unique with 2 separate apartments both with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances. Brand new counter tops, and all your kitchen needs.
Each living room seats a total of 3 with a long couch and 1 lounging chair. With a large mounted flat-screen TV, this layout is certain to satisfy all your needs.

*2 Full bathrooms, 2 walk in closets, and 2 brand new washers and dryers.

*Both bedrooms include a mounted flat screen, a queen-sized bed, and beautiful decor to compliment the room.

1A includes a small table and chairs available to enjoy the fireworks show from the Blue Wahoos stadium, if your lucky to be booked at the right time.

3A includes the same on the balcony.

*All linens, comforter and towels are replaced after each guests stay. We take pride in providing a clean place for our guests.

Great little house.

I use to live in Pensacola. It is great to see that this neighborhood is being preserved and built up at the same time. There are plenty of places to walk to and ride bikes from restaurants, stores, bars and parks. Feel like cooking go to Joe Patti Seafood which is must see and been there for 75 years. Also Evermans Grocery Co-Op and cafe, Pensacola answer to WhOle Foods that has been in business for over forty years. And if it’s just the beach you want well it’s just a car drive away. We had a great time at the house. Next time we will probably bring kites since there is a huge field in front of the house that is perfect for flying them.
