The Accommodation: Come and recharge your batteries with your family at Villa Pampa, an architect-designed house completely renovated with high-quality materials for ultimate comfort. It offers 140m² of living space on a 435m² plot. This prestigious address is appealing thanks to its location. Continue reading to discover the layout of each space in more detail. A beautiful wooden gate (manually operated) opens onto the parking space. Your car will be safe throughout your stay. Next, cross the pétanque court to access the 70m2 flower garden where a 10m2 swimming pool (1.50 metres deep, salt treatment) awaits you. For your aperitifs and moments of relaxation, a shaded terrace with comfortable armchairs will welcome you. A barbecue is at your disposal, allowing you to enjoy delicious grilled food on a large wooden table (up to 8 people). Inside the house, you'll appreciate the space and natural light provided by the large bay windows on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a dining area and a welcoming living room. A 11m² bedroom with a sofa bed (140*190cm), a desk with a TV (the only TV in the house), and a toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find: A 15m² master suite with a walk-in shower and a large washbasin. A bedroom a 12m2 children's room with a pull-out bed, i.e. 2 beds in 90x190cm, a desk and some toys. The house is ideally located; the first beach, L'Abricotier, is a 3-minute walk from the house. On this beach, Paulette's beach hut is a perfect spot for sunsets. It's an excellent beach bar where you can have drinks and Eat. Several other beaches line the coast. The first calanques are easily accessible by bike, bus, or car. A little further on, the beach and port of Pointe Rouge also provide access to numerous water sports: sailing club, scuba diving, canoeing, boating, fishing, hiking, surfing, jet skiing… Also nearby are the Pastré equestrian centre and Pastré Park with a children's playground and a treetop adventure course.
