The apartment Oberalpendorf is located in a new, modern, typically Austrian country house in St. Johann / Alpendorf in the Snow Space Salzburg ski area with the Alpendorf, Wagrain, Flachau, Gastein, Bad Gastein and many more ski areas. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, living / dining room, an open kitchen with bar and bathroom / toilet, all distributed over spacious 76sqm with parquet and tiled floors. In the house there is a common wellness area with sauna and steam bath.

Sleeping and sanitary:
In the two bedrooms there is a double bed (2 + 2). A baby bed is available in the apartment. The bed linen is provided. The bathroom is equipped with a separate shower and bathtub and the toilet is separate. The towels are provided.

Cooking, eating and living:
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set, kettle, etc. The living / dining room offers a large dining table, sofa group, TV with DVD and cable connection.

Internet:
Free wifi available in the apartment.

Wellness:
In the house there is a common wellness area with Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, rain shower and a relaxation area. The sauna and steam bath are coin operated.

Additional:
Storage facilities for skis and ski boot dryers are available in the house. The apartment has a parking space in the garage with direct access to the apartment. The apartment offers a terrace with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

In Alpendorf there is a small shop for normal needs, fresh rolls, milk, etc. For larger purchases there is in St. Johann shops like Spar, Billa, etc. The Felsentherme www is located in Bad Gastein. rock-thermal. com

A really nice place to stay

We had a great stay in the apartment. The communication with the owners were great, and they were very flexible with our wishes to get there earlier. The apartment is great; very clean, well equiped and a great view and location very near to the slopes for skiing. I can only highly recommend this place!

Fantastic view and excellent service

We have had a wonderful ski holiday in the Eggers family apartment.Nice, clean, spacious, and well-equipped kitchen. Convenient with a basement room for skis. Excellent service. We were contacted 4 days before arrival with all the practical information, and received quick responses to our questions. We highly recommend it and will definitely come again

Alles aan dit huis was uitstekend. Behalve 2 dingen. Op warme dagen/nachten kan je geen raam opzetten tenzij je alle soorten insecten binnen wilt hebben. Supere grote dikke en vliegende mieren. Een een ventilator is een absolute must of raamhor. 2de, ik vind het omgeving van het huis en de uitzicht niet spectaculair. Wandelen in de directe omgeving was niet fijn en je kijkt ook direct op andere huizen. Maar dat komt omdat wij deze 2 dingen ook heel belangrijk vinden. Auto is een must in directe omgeving is geen enkele winkel

Top-Wohnung und super Ausgangslage zum Skifahren

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Wohnungsverwalterin als auch mit den Vermietern war hervorragend und immer zeitnah.Die Lage der Wohnung ist auf der einen Seite toll: Fußläufiger Zugang zur Skipiste und direkte Abfahrt bis ans Haus möglich. Im Sommer bestimmt toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen oder man nimmt in Kauf, dass man auch für kleinere Besorgungen oder ein Essen im Ort die unfassbar steile Straße wieder hinauflaufen muss. Ich habe es sehr bereut, die Skiausrüstung bei der letzten Abfahrt abgegeben und das Auto am Haus stehen gelassen zu haben... Aber wenn man jünger ist, ist das bestimmt auch kein Problem. Skiverleih, Skischule, Seilbahn mit Kasse zum Skigebiet: Alles im Ort!Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, die Ausstattung - auch mit Skiraum, Sauna, Dampfbad (in Gemeinschaftsnutzung mit Hausgemeinschaft) außerordentlich. Lage zum Skifahren: Bestens!

Silvester in den Bergen

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen und großzügigen Wohnung. Die Sauna im Keller haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Der Start ins Skigebiet ist in ca 200m möglich und wir konnten bis zum Haus zurückfahren. Perfekt!

Skiurlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Skiwoche. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Inneneinrichtung ist total stimmig und wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Besonders gut hat uns zudem die Nähe zur Skipiste gefallen!

Het appartement is een mooi verblijf voor families mooi gelegen en van alles voorzien.

Het appartement is prachtig gelegen en lekker ruim. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar en de tussen persoon is erg goed. Mooie inpandige garage . Schönes Objekt mit guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist schön gelegen und der Einstieg zur Skipiste ist nicht weit weg. Die Abfahrt ist direkt bis zur Wohnung möglich. Der Kontakt vor Ort erfolgte per SMS mit der Verwalterin und war äußerst angenehm. Der Urlaub war Klasse.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage in Alpendorf zum Ski fahren. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten direkt an der Gondel Alpendorf. Unkomplizierter Check In kontaktlos durch Schlüsselhinterlegung. Das Appartement war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Nach Mitteilung, dass der Skischuhtrockner über Nacht nicht seine Funktion erfüllt hatte wurde umgehend der Hausmeister geschickt und der Defekt behoben. Dankeschön!

Super Ferienhaus

Das ist sehr schön, alle Sachen die man in einem Haus braucht sind da. Das Haus war sehr sauber, das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und das Aussicht aus dem Haus ist sehr schön. Viele Ausflüge sind innerhalb eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch unsere Kinder (17 und 20 Jahre alt) haben viel Spaß gehabt. Die Kommunikation mit Herr Egger war auch sehr gut.

Toller Winterurlaub gerne wieder!

Der Urlaub im schönen Alpendorf hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur 250 m bis zur Piste und bei guten Schnee Bedingungen kann man mit den Skier bis zum Apartment abfahren. Die Sauna ist auch super. Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert und flexibel. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
