Very clean and spacious home. Had more then enough space for me and my girls for my bachelorette party. Was close to everything and is in a quiet neighborhood. Has a big beautiful backyard, which was amazing to hang out at night. Definitely recommend staying here. The owners respond very fast and are very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience.

Amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing! My family and I traveled to California and we’re so pleased with our stay as the host communicated throughly and was so friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the views from the home are beautiful! Check in was smooth and very easy. The hosts listed instructions around the house that were very helpful and everything we needed was easy to locate. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and it was overall a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to CA!

Xuan and Donald were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and considerate. They reached out before arrival to ensure we had everything needed prior to check in and followed up with us throughout our stay. They quickly addressed all minor issues. Clarisa and her family kept the house well organized. Her exquisiteness impressed me. Thanks for her teaching me to be attentive to details. These points will help me to manage the house-sharing well. The guest family is a military family. The guests came from several locations across the US. The family has great and respectable parents. Spacious, clean, and comfy!

This is a very large, lovely, new house and was located convenient to a family wedding venue. It’s great for a large group and had more amenities than we expected. This was our first Vrbo experience and the owners were very nice, helpful, and responsive. Downside, there is a lot of neighborhood lights, which was an adjustment for us to sleep well, neighbors dog barked quite a bit the first night, as well as other neighbors having a party the first night until 1am, followed by a landscape crew starting at 6am the first morning there - so kinda rough for those of us who like quiet but overall I can recommend if you need a place in this area. The following nights and days were much more quiet. Downtown Sylmar has some really nice restaurants and it’s close to the Angeles National Park.

Hello, Nancy, Thanks for your review! Because our community is a new one. Occasionally, the landscape crew worked in the neighborhood and cause the noise. Thanks for letting us know the situation. Best Regards Xuan

Rose Bowl attendees!

Xuan was a pleasure to work with and was VERY communicative. I can’t imagine a better host! The house was well appointed and had everything we could have wanted. The location of the house has easy access to I-5 and the 210 which makes it easy to get around. Rent this house, you will not be disappointed!

Hello Tom, thank you for staying at my house during the New Year and the Rose Bowl game. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at my house. You took great care of my house and kept it clean and neat when you left. I will gladly welcome you to stay at my house again, and recommend your group to other hosts wholeheartedly! I rate Tom's stay with 5 stars in all areas (overall, cleanliness, house rules, and communication). However, I am not familiar with the "Guest review" function of VRBO and made a mistake in giving you a 3 star in "House rules" --- it definitely should be 5 stars! I contacted VRBO several times but unfortunately was unable to get this corrected yet. Seems the only alternative is to remove the entire review.
