The Space:
Ideally situated close to both city and slopes but surrounded by nature, this stunning home cuts no corners. Spacious, charming and elegantly designed, it features a gorgeous open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, a fabulous deck space with a hot tub, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and an interior design that will leave you charmed at every turn.
The fantastic pitched ceiling sets the tone for the modern mountain feel as you enter the kitchen/living/dining area. A striking stone fireplace with a large, inset flat-screen TV surrounded by comfortable and inviting furnishings make it easy to warm up by the fire, read your favorite book, take in a show on the flat-screen TV or set up your favorite game on the coffee table. Nearby, the lovely kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a bar/island with seating for four and nature views from the kitchen sink. The dining area seats seven and is central to the action in both the kitchen and living spaces.
Just off the dining area, a natural oasis awaits in the fantastic outdoor deck space with comfortable seating, a grill, dining area and hot tub. Beautiful and spacious, it makes for the perfect place to entertain, relax, take in some fresh air and gaze at the stars.

Downstairs from the main living area, you will find an attached, two-car garage for your use. Close by, a bright and roomy laundry room/mud room space with washer, dryer and plenty of storage space makes it easy to clean up and store your outdoor gear. A fourth bedroom with a spacious king-size bed and gorgeous furnishings provide another retreat when you’re ready to tuck in for the day.
Keep the good times going in the second, downstairs living area featuring a large flat-screen TV, wet bar, beautiful fireplace and a cozy couch that converts into a queen-size pullout bed. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home with the exception of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. They also have access to the deck space and one-car garage, with additional parking of two to three spots in the driveway if needed. Please note the garage height clearance is 7'.
The Neighborhood:
Located near the historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile, non-motorized trail running between Park City and Echo Reservoir, this home is perfectly situated for easy access to the great outdoors. If slopes are what you seek, it is less than a 10 minutes' drive in any direction to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts. Park City, with its charming Main Street and myriad dining, shopping and entertainment offerings is also less than 10 minutes away.
Getting Around:
This home is conveniently located just a short walk from the Wyatt Earp Way stop on the Park City Transit Bus Red line, which runs from Prospector Square to Quinn’s Junction. Park City Transit is free and connects you to all that Park City has to offer. With Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts within 10 minutes drive, you also have world-class recreation at your fingertips.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
