New and modern gated home with 3 bed rooms and two full bathrooms. Home has lots of large windows throughout so there’s a great deal of natural light.
Living room is equipped with new 70 inch Smart TV. Island kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All rooms have their own Smart TVs with apps. Home also has high speed internet. Great large and private yard with sitting area under large fruit trees covered in plants.
Yard has a great new barbecue as well.
