Entrance via 1st floor : Living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140x190). Kitchen with pantry including freezer. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190 in each). Shower room, separate WC. Balcony on 1 bedroom and living room. Small terrace with barbecue and cellar (ski-bikes) on the ground floor. Car park. Central/oil heating. EXTRA for heating and hot water package: €30/week. (15.10 to 15.12 and 15.03 to 01.06). 45 €/week. (15.12 to 15.03). On request with extra : cleaning and linen rental package. Discover the Mercantour National Park... Gite on the 1st floor of a terraced house in a small village in the Côte d'Azur mountains. A high mountain environment : cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ski touring enthusiasts in winter, as well as hikers in summer. Discovery of the preserved fauna and exceptional flora that this National Park holds. Also located on the Route des Grandes Alpes and the Col de la Cayolle. Gîte in a Mercantour village on the road du Col de la Cayolle
