The village of Duće is known for its sandy beaches. The surrounding area and the nearby Cetina river offer a variety of experiences, excursions and sports (fishing, rafting). There are also other entertainment options such as tennis, surfing and paragliding. The old towns of Omiš, Split and Solin (Soluna) offer many archaeological and cultural sights. “Apartments - MOSOR” are recommended in the offer of the tourist center of “Omiška Riviera”.

House offers you a two-bed apartment .; Triple app. and triple app - studio. Each apartment has a kitchen, shower / toilet, satellite TV, free WiFi, air conditioning and a large balcony. On the large terrace there is a large grill which hosts Ana and Ante Liović can provide for you on request and by agreement. Here you can enjoy your evening hours. There is also a private parking lot located next to the house. The beautiful sandy beach is only 200 meters away.

Der Aufenthalt in demFerienapartment Nr.3 war einfach exzellent, wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen vom Vermieter Ehepaar Ana und Ante... Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist überwältigend schön. Man konnte Morgens das Schlafzimmer öffnen und lag mit seinem Bett direkt am Meer... Vielen lieben Dank an Ana und Ante für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Euch...freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Ein toller Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber zentral. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Es gibt gleich in der Nähe ein tolles Restaurant „Rogac“. Das war eine Empfehlung unserer Gastgeber und ein toller Tipp. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit in Duce genossen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Liovic! Viele Grüße aus München, Aneta und Damian

Séjour à Duce

Nous avions envie de vacances différentes de nos lieux de villégiatures habituels sur la Côte d'Azur en France. Nous avons donc choisi cette destination où nous n'avons pas été déçu. Les Liovic sont des gens adorables et sérieux. Leur habitation comprenant plusieurs appartements indépendants sont magnifiquement situés et nous avions eu la chance d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur l'ile de Brac juste en face. Les appartements possèdent tout le confort (climatisation, wifi et le linge de maison est compris dans le tarif de location). Les plages de sable situées à moins de 200 mètres sont aménagées avec restaurants de plage délivrant le wifi, transats disponibles pour des prix plus qu'abordable. Dernière précision, la ville de Split située à une quinzaine de kilomètre est à visiter impérativement et elle est très animée le soir. En bref, nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances de rêve où les prix permettent de profiter de tout. Seule déception nous ne pourrons y retourner en 2015 pour cause de projet immobilier mais nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Der Zustand des Feriendomizils war sauber und gepflegt.Der Vermieter hat um uns Tags und Nachts gut betreut (sogar Transfer ). Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt. Dieses Feriendomizil würden wir unseren Freunden sehr weiterempfehlen.

Die Vermieter, die mit im Hause wohnen, sind ganz herzige Menschen, die zu guten Freunden geworden sind. Das Haus ist echt toll und sehr sauber. Super Blick aufs Meer. Schöner Apartment in Omis-Duce mit Meeresblick

Die Apartments von Ante und Anna waren ganz schön. Wir haben im zweiten Stock gewoht: wir haben unglaubliches Panorama auf das Meer gehabt! Wohnug war sauber und wir haben alles zum Kochen gefunden. Ante und Anna waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jedem diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Wunderschön Urlaub machen!

Wir sind eine Familie mit einer Tochter und waren jetzt das dritte Mal bei Familie Liovic im Appartementhaus Mosor! Es war wie immer sehr schön. Die Appartements sind alle gut eingerichtet sehr sauber und es ist schön ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht! Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das wir dieses Jahr (2015 ) zum vierten Mal kommen werden! Viele liebe grüße von Danijel Daniel und Selina

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir reisen in diesem Jahr zum dritten Mal ins gleiche Haus. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind landestypisch sehr gut. Jedes unserer Zimmer war klimatisiert. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr sauber. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Der Strand ist sauber. Die Stadt Omis ist schnell erreichbar und bietet viel Kultur. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen.
