Gather together in the light and bright interior detailed with an open kitchen and living area. A well-equipped cooking space includes stainless steel appliances and a three-seat breakfast bar, while the elegant dining table accommodates six. Stretch out on comfortable sofas and watch TV shows in the adjacent living room. Twinkling string lights illuminate a four-seat table on the balcony that overlooks the lake and one of the on-site pools.


Spend sunny days sunbathing on lounge chairs between refreshing swims in the shared outdoor pool. You’ll also have access to several grill areas and walking trails at Magnolia Pointe. Cruise approximately 2.5 miles to the closest public beach access.

Upgrade the window blinds, the couches and the patio furniture. All old and not flattering for this place. No streaming or Netflix either. Everything else was excellent.

So we get into the house and we saw that everything looks so dusty the beds just were pulled and sheets never change, toilets had hair all over same thing with the shower and bathtub towels were put in a dryer but they never wash them off the

The condo is very open floor plan. It was very very clean. Everything work properly cooled properly I even turn the heat on once when I got cold at night and it warmed up immediately the bed was comfortable. Both bathrooms were super clean. The kitchen was super clean it’s very quiet when you use the elevator to go to the third-floor when the elevator door open, your condo door is right in front of you. The only things that was a little disturbing was the building was hard to find, and you have a 10 digit door code in order to get in so every time. I wanted to go in I had to look up the door code on my phone.

Great location!

The condo is easily accessible by elevator. Our stay was pleasant without any major problems. My only complaints are that the light in the closet is burned out, I sent two emails to management and no one ever came to replace it. The light above the stove is burned out, and there was some issue with the thermostat cutting off one time: thermostat needed to be manipulated to get it to come back on. It appears to me that this condo is rented out by a rental agency and not owned by individuals in my opinion. It’s missing a homeowner’s touch.

This is the second time I rented this unit. It’s always very clean and nice and convenient. There’s a few issues this time. The ice machine on the refrigerator did not work therefore cannot use the ice no hairdryer in the unit and the description stated that there was a hairdryer starting to get a little broke down, I don’t care for the nine digit code. I brought this up before, but that is a nice clean private peaceful place stay the elevator open up to door. I contacted about the hairdryer. I was told that a local team member would contact me and that never happened and that the problem would’ve been resolved that day that also did not happen when I informed him about the ice machine, not working on the refrigerator they did offer to send , a technician over to deal with it. I declined because I did not want somebody in the unit, but I was not there or during my vacation to where I had to stay there and waste time. I feel that the cleaning service or whoever checks on the unit should make sure everything is accounted for that everything is working before they rent it .

Loved the place and location! Maybe it stated this somewhere in my booking but would be helpful to know you need to bring soaps and shampoo. Most VBROs provide this. Also, wasn’t aware of the requirement to wear wrist bands in the other pool. A nosey neighbor called security on us. Was a bit embarrassing. But overall loved the place!!!!
