Great resort & great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is perfect, the pool area and beach access were great and everything was super clean. The unit itself was furnished very nicely and the kitchen had all of the amenities you need. We were also very happy and surprised to see that we were provided enough laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent to run a couple of loads on our own. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to book again when I come back to Daytona.

On the 19th floor, I could see all 3 bridges that bring you from the mainland and the Atlantic. Room was nice. Jan is the slow season but we had a great time

Great Experience

Very friendly environment. Everyone greets you with a smile. The rooms were very clean and there is so much to do in the resort and around the area. The best part is that everything is walking distance. Our dish washer was having troubles at first but it was completely fixed within 2 hours. If you are looking for an affordable vacation stay, this is definitely the place to book.

Old property but kept up very nicely. Checkin processes, yes processes was cumbersome and took 40min with no line… property as advertised and the condo was excellent.

Beautiful place but with little ants

Overall clean condo but filled with little tiny ants in the kitchen area. Had to call in to spray and again they kept coming everywhere on the counters, on the food. The beach was beautiful and the pools too. Very crowded but overall well kept and cleaned on a daily basis.

Vacay

It was a fun filled vacation, despite our room looked nothing like the room in the photos. In the description it states the room has a private balcony and a jetted tub. Our room did not have a balcony, it was an interior room. We also did not have a jetted tub. The room also was a lot smaller then the room in the photos. Discussed it with the front desk and she stated it happens quite often when renting from private owners. Brushed it off our shoulders and did not let that get in the way of having a great time, we enjoyed every minute rain or shine!

1 Bedroom property

The freezer didn’t work..food was thawed and ice we put in there melted. Ice maker obviously didn’t work since it wasn’t cold enough. Fridge was kept at a warmer temp and couldn’t adjust because there was a screw blocking it. The AC did not work well. Was 75 in there at all times and unable to open windows. But is was clean and large for a one bedroom!

Wonderful

It was great. I checked in later than I was supposed to but Danny got two carts and met me at my room. The place was wonderful. I had 2 balconies one oceanfront and one city view. EVERYONE INCLUDING THE CLEANING STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL. I did do the tour, but I got gift cards and 50$ ea toward 2 restaurants. WIN WIN. I only had 2 complaints. 1. Even though I was supposed to check in on the 7th by 4 and didn't checkin until the 8th at 345am the master bedroom carpet was still wet. It stayed wet until it dried on the 12th and then the carpet smelled rank. And the bar only stayed open late Fri and Sat. Monday they closed at 5 or 6 and they are supposed close at 10pm. Seemingly they close any time they want when they have no customers. Which makes the rest of us have to go outside the hotel to drink or eat. My only complaint. Other than it was wonderful. They definitely took good care of me. Got new towels and I had an accident one night and they took care of it.

Great place with minor exceptions.

Had an excellent trip, love Ocean walk. Had an issue with the shower and they fixed it right away. A little deceiving having pictures of the balcony with an ocean view and we were only able to see the top of the parking garage, didn’t even have any sun on the balcony all week. Only issues were the long wait to check in with one person working the desk, then having to go to three different people to get the wristbands. The other issue was you have a policy of no holding chairs at the pools for more than a half hour. Everyday people go down and put towels down to reserve chairs and they are left there for hours. We witnessed two ladies move some towels that had been there well over a half hour and a guy came running out and yelled at them and took his chairs back. He then went back inside and didn’t come out for over another half hour. We feel staff should enforce their policy. Some people put down towels, go to the beach for the morning and then come back to the pool in the afternoon hours later. And some people miss out on the pool or a good spot to chairs with towels on them all day.
