Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits. Quelques jours avant notre arrivés, le propriétaire nous as avisé qu’ils nous avaient remboursé la dernière nuit. Je suis moi même proprietaire d’un logement sur VRBO. Si les nuits étaient disponibles, c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de réservation.Ce qui est assurément arrivé, c’est que le propriétaire a annulé notre dernière nuit pour accepter une réservation de plus longue durée. Je leur ai écrit et leur seul option a m’offrir était un remboursement complet une fois installé… Ce qui nous aurait coûté beaucoup plus cher pour se reloger à la dernière minute. Bref, très déçu de l’acceuil. L’appartement est bien situé par contre et la ville est belle et agréable à découvrir. Dernier point est l’absence de wi-fi et d’air climatisé. La gestionnaire m’a également offert un remboursement complet en me proposant d’aller chez sa sœur. J’imagine que l’argent reste dans la famille

Bonjour François, J'ai bien pris connaissance de votre avis et des 4/5 étoiles données et vous en remercie. Je suis content que vous ayez apprécié la situation du logement et la ville de Sète. pour la dernière nuit de réservation, vous avez envoyé votre réservation le 28/07 pour une arrivée le 30/07 jusqu'au 03/08 (Réservation acceptée automatiquement par Abritel), dans les 24 h je vous ai indiqué que nous ne pouvions vous accueillir que jusqu'au 02/08 l'appartement étant occupé à partir du 02/08 (réservation effectuée sur une autre plateforme le 26/07). mon erreur a été de ne pas synchroniser les calendriers lorsque j'ai mis l'annonce sur site Abritel (synchronisation effectuée depuis). J'ai demandé au service de conciergerie qui assure l'accueil en prèsentiel de voir si elle pouvait vous proposer un solution d'hébergement pour la dernière nuit. Je suis vraiment désolé de ce désagrément et de votre déception. Bien a vous
